This was our second visit to Freya Jane's, and we love it here! We stopped in for a coffee and a latte, while our kids enjoyed a blueberry muffin and a sugar cookie. Everything was delicious. The coffee was great, and the baked goods were fresh and flavorful. They also have plenty of other menu items that we'll be sure to try next time. You place your order at the register, receive a number, then find a seat while they bring your food and drinks to the table. The space is decorated so cute with a cozy fireplace. We'll definitely be back!

4.5 stars. Freya Jayne's Bakery and Cafe is a family-owned business that is open for daily breakfast and lunch. Its menu lists foods (e.g., pastries, croissant sandwiches, mini pancakes, waffle bites, oatmeal bowls, açaí bowls, quinoa bowls, salads, and avocado toasts) and beverages (e.g., coffees, espressos, lattes, and teas). My husband and I came here for breakfast. The employees promptly and kindly served us. Some indoor seating was available, so we ate there. Here are my ratings for what we ate: - Chai latte - 4.5 stars - Caramel apple bread pudding - 4 stars - Good flavor but a bit too hard. - Cinnamon roll - 5 stars - I really liked the rich cream cheese. - Cinnamon poptart - 5 stars - Baklava - 4.5 stars - Bacon-egg-cheese croissant sandwich - 4 stars - The menu did say in fine print that the bacon had maple, but my husband prefers that his sandwich not taste sweet.

Oh wow! I can't wait to come back. We made a quick visit, and there was so much available. From baked goods to breakfast sandwiches, I wanted it all. I can confirm the blueberry poptart is incredible! So flaky, sweet and tasty! My wife loved her carrot cake muffin. There is a fireplace and space to work --- I'll be back!!

Awesome new local spot!! A must stop in. This is a family owned and operated cafe. The owners are very friendly and when you are inside you will feel at home. I ordered an Americano and blueberry muffin. Both were delicious. Ample seating and a good place to read, catch up with a friend(s) or even work. Will be coming back!

This is such an adorable cafe in Valencia -- the menu offers way more than your average coffee shop as well -- TONS of baked goods, but a full menu of breakfast sandwiches, waffles, mini pancakes, avocado croissant toasts and more. Also some salads and sandwiches for lunch. There's plenty of seating if you decide to stay or they'll package things up to go. I had a croissant egg sandwich with fluffy scrambled eggs, Brie and a sun-dried tomato spread, along with a tiramisu iced latte. Everything was great and I can't wait to try even more things.

What a great new bakery and cafe in the area. All of the baked goods look great which makes it hard to choose something. Everything we tried has been delicious. The cinnamon roll is huge. The banana bread outstanding. The service is super friendly and attentive. We will be definitely going back to try other options on their menu including breakfast sandwiches.

Great coffee and great service. Their breakfast sandwich was warm and fresh and I'm excited to try their other food.

The menu lists breakfast foods (e.g., pancakes, toasts, and sandwiches) and lunch foods (e.g., salads, sandwiches, and bowls). Baked goods, coffees, teas, and refreshers are also available. Customers may dine in, get takeout, order catering for outside events, or rent the greenhouse for special events. My husband and I ate one breakfast here. We placed our order at a counter, paid upfront, and then were given our drink and a number to take to a table of our choosing. The weather on that day was very rainy, so we sat inside the greenhouse rather than outside, and the employees carried our foods over in containers with lids. Here are my ratings for what we ate: Peach Berry Stuffed French Toast - 4.5 stars - This was a weekend special. Challah French toast was stuffed with lemon mascarpone, peaches, and mixed-berry compote. It had a large serving size and a nice mixture of sweet and sour flavors. Bloom Salad - 4.5 stars - This salad contained mixed greens, sliced apple, dried cherries, candied pecans, gorgonzola, red onion, and maple balsamic dressing. Blue cheese is not my favorite, but I enjoyed the freshness and flavors of the other ingredients. Breakfast Egg Sandwich Croissant - 4.5 stars - This sandwich consisted of a croissant filled with two eggs, cheese, and three strips of crispy bacon. On the side was a basic salad with dressing. My husband did not like how the salad dressing got on his sandwich. Chai Latte - 4.5 stars - This Rishi Masala chai concentrate with steamed milk tasted very good. The total price for these three foods and one drink was $49 plus a tip. Afterward, we explored the market and gardening center. Available for purchase were jewelry, flower pots, many types of indoor and outdoor plants, and much more. Two employees kindly offered me assistance with the plants. I loved seeing the exterior of a hobbit house, although it was too short for me to go inside. Please note that this business will hold a Tolkien-inspired Hobbit Fest on September 12, 2026. The festival will include live folk music, local artisan vendors, themed cafe foods, alcohol vendors, activities such as a costume contest, etcetera.

The ingredients were fresh, the aioli sauce and feta cheese paired well with the picked onion and roasted tomato. Especially love that you can sit outdoors while you eat (since it was hot, some people stayed inside). Also note, they do bring your food out to you, but you are expected to bus your own table. I ordered some coffee crumb cake too - nothing special but it was decent (needed more spice). Hope I can make it back to breakfast one of these days!

It's located in Sewickley on Walnut street right off Broadway. The shop itself is tiny and whenever I got inside there was a cop and a lady with a dog. The 3 (or 4) of us filled up the waiting/ordering area. There was a freezer case filled with Leona's ice cream sandwiches and then a display cooler with cold drinks in it. Lastly they had a clear shelf on the counter with some muffins in it. I was a little sad it wasn't filled with the pastries I had seen photos of, but I guess it wasn't the right day. After looking at the menu I decided to order a 16 oz Cuban while my wife went with a 12 oz mocha. Since the others had already been waited on, it took only a few minutes and we had our coffees and were on our way. My Cuban ended up being quite good as it had the perfect amount of sweetness to it that it complimented the milk and coffee without overpowering it. Then the coffee itself was strong and rich while the milk did it's part. My wife also really enjoyed her mocha from here. The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. Both of our coffees were good and i hope that the next time that we stop by that they have some pastries as well.

I didn't have my gift cards with me today but decided it was time to treat myself anyway. I had the Cappuccino- it was strong and hot! I love when my coffee is made at a high temperature and I don't know anyone who prefers that, but clearly the baristas make their drinks at the "right" temperature. There is a very little room once inside. I was one of 3 patrons there but it was fine for me and they make their drinks pretty fast. I will come back again and try their other drink items.

According to a newspaper article that I read, its buildings were built in the 1800s and were the former J.J. Dittmer Mercantile and the Dittmer home. My husband and I were customers here one time. The architecture of the buildings reminded me of the Alaskan frontier or the Wild West! The restaurant's menu listed foods such as burritos, grilled cheese, and a rice and bean bowl and drinks such as coffees and Italian sodas. An employee promptly took our order and payment. Both indoor and outdoor seating were available. We saw many bicyclists stopping by for a break. Here are my ratings for what we ordered: Pizzadilla - 4 stars - In between two flour tortillas were mozzarella cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. Simple but good. Green Chili Chicken Tamale - 3 stars - My husband ordered this tamale, and he took only one or two bites. He described it as "flavorless." He does have Mexican ancestry, and we have eaten authentic foods in several Mexican cities. I thought that this tamale tasted alright. Peach-Pineapple Fruit Smoothie - 4 stars - This smoothie needed a more intense flavor of peach and pineapple, but it did taste good. The total price for these three menu items plus one soda was $26 plus sales tax, a credit-card surcharge, and a tip.

There is a seasonal portal toilet across the trail from the cafe and a sink in the back room of the cafe to wash your hands. There is a bike shop inside also. I went with a tasty breakfast burrito instead. We chose to sit inside were it was coolest. There's a bike rack outside next to the patio to park your bikes if you're riding there on the trail. Staff was welcoming. You order at the counter, the staff delivers it to your table, and you clear your table when finished. Fun and relaxing stop on our bike ride.
