The receptionist immediately booked me an appointment. Upon arrival you call a number that's on a sign, and they let you know when you may enter the building. I was immediately seated in an exam room. I was not a fan that I couldn't be with my rabbit during his exam with the doctor. However as my appointment went on I became very impressed with this clinic. Doctor Baker was understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable about rabbits. She explained the health concerns and her plan for care. I felt like she was very compassionate and really cared about helping Pepper. It's never fun to see a vet bill, but thankfully the pricing seemed reasonable. I wish that blood work however was offered at a more affordable price point. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours while they helped my rabbit. It was a very positive experience and Pepper seems to be improving. I am thankful I found this animal hospital when I did.

Go on the website to set up an appointment, there's no option for Bird. Only dog or cat, even though they offer care for "Pocket Pets, Exotic Pets, and Avian Pets". Lost my business because I couldn't get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. And when i went to do it myself, options for type of animal weren't inclusive. update your website and phone menu.

Susan was incredibly helpful with answering any emails I sent and was very responsive. This was my first time fostering and it was on a Saturday morning that I saw some puppies needed a foster, so I did not have any pet supplies at home on hand the same day. They provided me with everything I needed and even toys and food for the puppies. I purchased some more toys and pee pads to donate back to the shelter one I returned the pups. After two weeks they were much bigger and ready to be adopted! I returned them back to Susan at the shelter and I was so happy I did it and plan to foster again. They are a fantastic organization and I highly recommend going to the Orlando Pet Alliance if you are looking to adopt a dog or cat. They are a great organization if you are looking to become a foster as well. Adopt, don't shop!

Well let me start with this. I called to make an appt. Anna the virtual assistant ran me around…read morethru prompts, but it's AI what can you expect. I needed to get Willow spayed but needed to know the procedure and cost and from the website described it's an exam first before any work is done. No pricing or questions answered online only the bounce back and forth. I made a blind appointment (online only) and went to the Sanford location. They told me the exam was 35.00 BUT WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 150.FOR BLOOD WORK IS NEEDED. This only took 10 minutes in and out, great when I went to checkout, the girl asked for 235.00! I clearly heard 185.00. Then she said your dog is over 5 years old (I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS BEFORE WE AGREED ON THE VISIT never mentioningthe +50.00) and the blood work would be an additional 50.00. You can see clearly see the road we are going down. I said "no I'm paying 185.00 like you originally told me!". She apologized and asked for the higher balance which I wouldn't have minded if she just gave me the proper quote in the beginning. I refused and asked for the manager. She went to the back and came forward and told me the manager was busy! I just knew we're going to have an issue here. I asked for someone to talk to. Meantime I was very calm and polite but adamantly courteous. Finely after her returning a second time she said she could remove the additional balance. I told her thank you and proceeded to pay. She noted the balance was now 265.00. Like Whaaa... She said I'd have to pay half the procedure before we can book the operation. She said maybe next week after the blood work is reviewed in 2 days. So I'm paying 185.00 and not knowing what the blood work is, and I need that info before we can even do the procedure? Yes! she might be to old she said. OMG!! I told her "I'll pay what I owe you, and call me in 3 days with the results. She agreed. TWO WEEKS LATER. After numerous calls for my results and no emails or call backs. Calling Anna the AI took all my information again and again I even tried to spoof the AI telling her I have a large monetary donation for Pet Alliance but three days later....NO CALLS! So I took a morning off and went up there to speak to the head of the clinic (not mentioning any names) and I got a circling of the wagon by the Indians. HER explanation was "The doctor was out for A WEEK, he couldn't do any operations". So no results, no paperwork, no money back and I'm out the door. Thank God I never paid for the operation and used a CC. MORAL OF THIS STORY....Get you quote in advance. Ask all the right questions and don't assume. If you have an issue after surgery or an ailment for your Furry friend could you get ahold of someone there for help maybe an emergency number? Any questions about add on pricing? NO while I was waiting to be seen, a man walked in with a HUGE bag of dog food . He came back out yelling "I can't even get a receipt for my donation" and walked out with the bag!. Upper management listen. If your to big for your pants remember one moldy grape keeps people from buying the vine. I'm just a small nobody and who cares. I could have taken my pup to LA. Underhill animal clinic where all 3 of my Dutch Shepards have gone, but (I thought) would have liked the funds go to a good cause in our community! Maybe not? That's my story and I wish you well!

I figured maybe she had a slipped disc or a pinched nerve, but I brought her in anyway. They rushed her back for evaluation and it turns out she had a mass on her spleen that burst, which, in turn, caused her spleen to rupture. She was hemorrhaging and the situation was pretty critical. The way that this team of professionals sprang to action, walked us through everything that was happening while stabilizing her, and rushed her to surgery and managed this complex case afterward was nothing short of heroic. Beyond that, the tools they have rival human grade trauma centers. The staff went above and beyond in every respect. If your pet is ever experiencing a medical emergency, you're in great hands here. 15/10, thank you!!!!

They will wrongly diagnose your pet and charge you thousands and keep you waiting for hours without actually doing anything. I left after 4 hours of waiting and then telling me my dog needed immediate surgery that will cost $8k, when it ended up all my dog needed was a shot of Baytril for a bacteria overgrowth. This place will put your animals in more danger, make you wait and just try to charge you as much as possibly trying to lead you to an emergency surgery. Do yourself a favor and drive 5-10 minutes down the road to the place in Winter Park. I wouldn't be surprised if this place in Casselberry isn't shut down before long. The vet at Lake Mary was so calm and took a few minutes to talk with us before he even touched our Yorkie and then did so gently matter-of-factly (is that a word? lol). We were stunned that she didn't go psycho! He didn't try to "enhance the bill" by doing anything unnecessary and put us at ease that although she's a senior dog, she's doing ok. This is a CLINIC and at that like a "Puppy Mill", it is like a "Vet Mill" ( IE.: they have contract w/ county shelter) To be brief over $500 later ,young vets unsure from the get go of my dog's diagnosis, prescribing him wrong meds thinking Oh well, maybe its...a UTI, bickering w/ each other in front of me , one vet putting down the even less experienced one, she barked "it's constipation!!" after prodding his rectum repeatedly. This is over a course of almost 3 wks. Then they wanted to "rent"! equipmt & a tech to do an ultrasound (=$350). We were DONE. Went to kind unassuming Vet Dr. McCabee(Hospital) in W. Park & he within just 60seconds of examining our dear dog, said I am so sorry, I am quite positive its a prostate cancer tumor. I'll do the ultrasound if you wish & it was $150. We were finally able to know what was going on and he lived ok for another 4mos. till almost 13. That last night we had no idea it was coming he was yelping ,a vomiting turn.... McCabee was on vacation, other vet couldn;t do it until 3 days later--end up w/ LMVClinic in desperation, thinking how could they mess this up--well SHE did- She did not give our dog enough meds She said she wasn't sure how much to give a 12lb dog!!! & we were already so distressed we didn't know how to react & she said well if its not enough I'll go make another shot. (WTH?) Sure enough it was NOT-essentially watched out dog's eyes pleading in our arms: "What is happening to me???" It was a slow and painful death as she left the rm to make another shot. Likedned to an electrocution? How do you mess up the shot for a 12lb dog? She was cocky & souless and has left the state of Fl. The vets there do not last long and its all about nickle & diming and no accountability.
