To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect waiting at the clinic looking around to be seen. Everything was old, dirty, dingy, lack of decor... but the care and expertise of the Dr. over weighed the old school office and aesthetics. His office is very old and could use a good clean up and some paint for sure from somebody, (just stating the obvious), and were my only concerns walking in. Dr. Freyman and his receptionist seemed to really care and take the time to know you and your pet, which most important to me in the end. My cat had an infection that wouldn't go away on his back, and we finally took him to a vet to see why not going away after months of home healing. He took an x-ray to make sure it wasn't something imbedded or more serious going on. He gave the right antibiotics to treat this fast, and if any issues to call back. His rates seemed a bit high (I had a bit of sticker shock) BUT Dr. Freyman took the time needed to answer all my questions, and we got to stay in the room for treatment, and was seen quickly. There was no itemized bill for my records, just his figures in his head. Normally that is given at check out, but they do not do that here. All in all, if you can accept an old school, no nonsense vet, the billing procedures, he's the man. He was genuinely interested in the health of my cat and will make him my permanent vet, but now knowing will request the itemized bill at the end of the visit when paying. I am hoping Dr. Freyman will read this and take the constructive criticism to heart... hire a cleaner and handyman and get the place up to par with the rest out there, and his practice would be golden.

Dr. Baker was extremely kind and knowledgeable about rabbits. I called early this morning about my…read morerabbit Pepper and about his concerning symptoms. The receptionist immediately booked me an appointment. Upon arrival you call a number that's on a sign, and they let you know when you may enter the building. I was immediately seated in an exam room. I was not a fan that I couldn't be with my rabbit during his exam with the doctor. However as my appointment went on I became very impressed with this clinic. Doctor Baker was understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable about rabbits. She explained the health concerns and her plan for care. I felt like she was very compassionate and really cared about helping Pepper. It's never fun to see a vet bill, but thankfully the pricing seemed reasonable. I wish that blood work however was offered at a more affordable price point. I was there for almost 2 1/2 hours while they helped my rabbit. It was a very positive experience and Pepper seems to be improving. I am thankful I found this animal hospital when I did.

I started bringing my cat to Integrative 2 weeks ago. Initial consultation was $250 that is…read morerelatively high. The first treatment of enema the cat got went well. However, the second one went horribly wrong. The cat was screaming in pain and bleeding. Next day I had to rush the cat to ER because its condition was deteriorating rapidly and my poor kitty died. The place is disorganized I had to wait 20 minutes before I was able to schedule an appointment. First the laptop was not working for one of the Technician, then another lady computer was not functioning either. Also one of the support technicians was constantly calling my cat she, thought I corrected her multiple times remining her that this was a male cat. They also never bothered to call after second enema to ask about the cat condition after procedure. Well, they collected thousands of dollars from me why really bother to check on the animal.

Susan was incredibly helpful with answering any emails I sent and was very responsive. This was my first time fostering and it was on a Saturday morning that I saw some puppies needed a foster, so I did not have any pet supplies at home on hand the same day. They provided me with everything I needed and even toys and food for the puppies. I purchased some more toys and pee pads to donate back to the shelter one I returned the pups. After two weeks they were much bigger and ready to be adopted! I returned them back to Susan at the shelter and I was so happy I did it and plan to foster again. They are a fantastic organization and I highly recommend going to the Orlando Pet Alliance if you are looking to adopt a dog or cat. They are a great organization if you are looking to become a foster as well. Adopt, don't shop!

Well let me start with this. I called to make an appt. Anna the virtual assistant ran me around…read morethru prompts, but it's AI what can you expect. I needed to get Willow spayed but needed to know the procedure and cost and from the website described it's an exam first before any work is done. No pricing or questions answered online only the bounce back and forth. I made a blind appointment (online only) and went to the Sanford location. They told me the exam was 35.00 BUT WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 150.FOR BLOOD WORK IS NEEDED. This only took 10 minutes in and out, great when I went to checkout, the girl asked for 235.00! I clearly heard 185.00. Then she said your dog is over 5 years old (I TOLD HER THAT SHE WAS BEFORE WE AGREED ON THE VISIT never mentioningthe +50.00) and the blood work would be an additional 50.00. You can see clearly see the road we are going down. I said "no I'm paying 185.00 like you originally told me!". She apologized and asked for the higher balance which I wouldn't have minded if she just gave me the proper quote in the beginning. I refused and asked for the manager. She went to the back and came forward and told me the manager was busy! I just knew we're going to have an issue here. I asked for someone to talk to. Meantime I was very calm and polite but adamantly courteous. Finely after her returning a second time she said she could remove the additional balance. I told her thank you and proceeded to pay. She noted the balance was now 265.00. Like Whaaa... She said I'd have to pay half the procedure before we can book the operation. She said maybe next week after the blood work is reviewed in 2 days. So I'm paying 185.00 and not knowing what the blood work is, and I need that info before we can even do the procedure? Yes! she might be to old she said. OMG!! I told her "I'll pay what I owe you, and call me in 3 days with the results. She agreed. TWO WEEKS LATER. After numerous calls for my results and no emails or call backs. Calling Anna the AI took all my information again and again I even tried to spoof the AI telling her I have a large monetary donation for Pet Alliance but three days later....NO CALLS! So I took a morning off and went up there to speak to the head of the clinic (not mentioning any names) and I got a circling of the wagon by the Indians. HER explanation was "The doctor was out for A WEEK, he couldn't do any operations". So no results, no paperwork, no money back and I'm out the door. Thank God I never paid for the operation and used a CC. MORAL OF THIS STORY....Get you quote in advance. Ask all the right questions and don't assume. If you have an issue after surgery or an ailment for your Furry friend could you get ahold of someone there for help maybe an emergency number? Any questions about add on pricing? NO while I was waiting to be seen, a man walked in with a HUGE bag of dog food . He came back out yelling "I can't even get a receipt for my donation" and walked out with the bag!. Upper management listen. If your to big for your pants remember one moldy grape keeps people from buying the vine. I'm just a small nobody and who cares. I could have taken my pup to LA. Underhill animal clinic where all 3 of my Dutch Shepards have gone, but (I thought) would have liked the funds go to a good cause in our community! Maybe not? That's my story and I wish you well!

They rushed her back for evaluation and it turns out she had a mass on her spleen that burst, which, in turn, caused her spleen to rupture. She was hemorrhaging and the situation was pretty critical. The way that this team of professionals sprang to action, walked us through everything that was happening while stabilizing her, and rushed her to surgery and managed this complex case afterward was nothing short of heroic.
