Good selection of colors for every tuxedo aspect. Down to the buttons, many customizable options for a truly unique fit. I definitely recommend ordering far ahead for those big &/or tall. They've got a booklet to choose your pocket swatch, buttons, shoes, tie, everything you can think of. The workers were very helpful. It was a pick-up day before and drop-off day after type of deal, and it all worked out perfectly. This place isn't in the best area, and doesn't look amazing, but it's affordable and decently close to the strip. My husband to be and I went here and the male staff was kind but the woman was incredibly rude, also I had to go to the bathroom and however they do have a restroom but DO NOT ALLOW you to use it. I find it absolutely disgusting that a place that you are buying/renting a suit or tux from will not allow you to go to the bathroom let alone be a complete snob about it.. also I was not the only women she refused to let use the restroom... the place is clean however we did get the last size 32 in black pants. Which for us was lucky we also are here on a Thursday.. however it may not be as lucky for the next man who needs a size 32 in black pants... I do want to express the gentleman who helped us was incredibly kind and even helped my fiancé tie his tie. But wanted to charge us 7$ for a bag to out the suit in? There I was. Two days before my wedding. My fiancé is mad that I'm just now getting my suit rental figured out. I call Friar Tux looking for a white tuxedo rental last minute. Not only do they have the suit in stock, they get it to me same day while I'm in there. It doesn't stop there, while I'm checking out, thoroughly satisfied with the service and help I've received, the manager comes up to me with the pants I need. He tells me that there's a small, hardly noticeable smudge on the pant leg. I let him know that I didn't mind, I was already happy that they could help me on short notice. He tells me, "No sir, it bothers me. Let me help you by discounting the rental." He didn't have to go above and beyond, yet he did. And for that level of service, here I am. My husband and I were both in my girlfriends wedding this past weekend and had the opportunity to come and get his tux at Friar Tux, with all the great reviews I knew we would be able to get in and out with no issues. Boy, was I wrong. I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews but I feel that maybe if they knew what was wrong they could have the oppurtunity to make less mistakes. We went in on a weekday afternoon to get my husband fitted for a tux. We were told we did not need an appointment but may have to wait a short period if not. We checked into the que and figured there were a few people ahead of us and it wouldn't take long. Wrong. We waited for over 45 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. When we finally got seen over an hour later. They were pretty unsure of how to measure and I actually had to step in and tell them my husbands jean size so they could compare to the measurements we took. Not very impressed. When it came time to actually pick up the tux about a month later we called to make sure it was in and ready to be picked up. They said it was no issue and would be ready the next day. Wrong again. We went down in the afternoon and the place was packed. We waited a good 30 min before they once again told us that it's somewhere in the back but we would have to wait our turn. Turns out none of it was ready and my husband and I decided to come back the next day. Everyone for the most part was pretty friendly but the organization is complete chaos. I would definitely work on actually letting your customers know what is going on instead of ignoring them. Definitely would try to go elsewhere if we ever need a tux again. read more

My fiance and I came to Friar Tux after trying out Men's Wearhouse. When we walked into Friar Tux, we were greeted by Jeremy, and we told him we had an appointment. After discussing with us what style we want for my fiance, and what colour bowtie and pocket handkerchief his groomsmen should wear, he brought them out, and showed us how it would look using a mannequin they had in the store. I'm a very visual person, so that helped me get a better idea of how the whole ensemble would look. After doing this, Jeremy took my fiance to the dressing area to try on different sizes of each piece to see which fit best. Not only that, he actually took measurements before he gave my fiance pants, a jacket, a vest, and a shirt to try on. He was also given a pair of the shoes to try on so that he had an idea of how everything would look on him. They didn't have the exact jacket size of the tux that my fiance would be renting in their store, so they gave him a different one to try on. I thought he looked like a mob boss in that particular jacket because the shoulders were very squared, so Jeremy gave my fiance a different one that more closely resembled what he would be getting for his rental. It definitely looked much better. After we got the right sizes, Jeremy went over what date to pick up the tux (3 days before the wedding) in case something didn't fit correctly, then they had time to fix it. We put in all the groomsmen's names and all they have to do is walk into any Friar Tux to get sized. The whole experience was so much better than our Men's Wearhouse experience. Jeremy was very professional and thorough, and we chose to rent from Friar Tux because of his wonderful customer service. read more
