Family own business, the owner very nice and helping us find the right dress. Small place and very cozy. We glad we went here, in the beginning my fiancée want to buy dress, but price and time for alteration start getting expensive. The little church of the west, give us recommendations about this place. You need make appointment to try the dress, she is very experienced and help us narrow down the selections. We are happy with dress for my girl and tux for myself. Basically all settled in less than 3 weeks and we just visited the place about 4 times. First, try out the dress and narrow down the selection, 2nd visit we bring the shoes, so she can marked up for the alterations. That day I choose my tux ( for guy) way much easier. She gave me some inputs and we quickly decide the style and colors. 3rd time, we try out the dress + tux to make sure all fit. And all perfect so we can take it home that day. 4th time visit is just to return the dress + tux. We were worried about this in the beginning, but all done now. I would love to recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone who is looking for a gorgeous, high quality dress and tux to rent in Vegas! Although it is not cheap it is totally worth the price. I couldn't believe we found the dress, tux and accessories so fast(2 hr) considering that i am very picky. Karina, the owner, is very accommodating, nice and knows exactly what you need. Beyond impressed and pleased with our experience here! Karina really does know what she is doing! She was so helpful, gave us a great deal, and was a pleasure to work with. I was nervous to "rent" my wedding gown- afraid it wouldn't look very nice or would have strange stains or smells...however, Karina's dresses were beautiful. I rented one of her designer gowns and felt like a million bucks. I truly LOVED my gown! My husband rented a tux and she really worked fast to have his alterations done by the following morning. Do NOT rent your gown from here... you will be sorry. The gowns are OK but the customer service and organization STINKS!!! First of all there is only one lady working there, Karina, she's the clerk AND the manager, and she is VERY unprofessional. The store owner is nowhere to be in reach, not even a telephone number or email address. She was out of the country supposedly, says Karina. 1. BAD BAD BAD Customer Service a.k.a The Customer is Always Wrong 2. No Pricing or Fees on Gowns and Store Policy- All Verbal- Not even on Website 3. Small Selection of Wedding Gowns and Tux 4. Overpriced 5. Only one person running the store, Karina who is unprofessional and rude. She is the clerk and manager so you can't make a complaint. The owner is nowhere to be found. First its a very small store with barely any rental gown selections. There is nothing on their website with the prices, and the only reason I came into this place was because my Mom got it mixed up with Bridal Elegant, which had good reviews online. I admit I was last minute bridal gown shopping and there was a week to go before my wedding (NEVER do that :-S) and I had a million other things to take care of. So my mom and I decided we'd find a gown here. Well, first we walk into the store and we aren't even greeted and the store was completely empty. Then we walk up to the counter and let Karina know we are renting a gown and she takes us back to the rental area and leaves us to scavenge for ourselves. This is the first time I've tried on a wedding dress, so I go back and ask her if she can measure me because I didn't know my size. She rolled her eyes and took me to the section she thought was my size and picked out a dress for me. The dress was decent and one of the more expensive dresses ($700/day). I tried it on, and my Mom liked it so we decided to put down a deposit and send my fiance in to find a tux there. The next day my fiance came in and was treated the same, with little care or acknowledgment. Karina gave him shirts that didn't fit him right, didn't measure him, and didn't even consider what his preferences where. He was WISE and decided AGAINST renting his tux from there and told me about his bad experience. I called that same day to cancel my dress and asked for a refund on my deposit. First Karina argues with me about how I had "loved the dress" and that I should change my mind, I was nice about it but still refused to pay so much for a dress and not receive good service. Then she says there is no refund because she held the dress for me, and that is the store policy. I chose my dress the DAY BEFORE, No Refund???!!! I couldn't believe it, there was nothing on their website that stated that, and Karina downright LIED and told me it was posted in the store. I came in the next day and NOTHING was posted in the store about their Rental Policy. She was helping a customer so I waited patiently and she seemed to be annoyed by my presence. Finally when she was done I went up to her with my contract and asked her nicely where it stated that there was no refund on the deposit. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and said that that was the policy and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was the manager, and that the owner was in Europe. I told her I canceled the dress reservation the very next day so why would it be difficult to give me a refund on the deposit, it's not like I waited a week to cancel. She said it was policy and that the dress will be held till the day of my rental regardless. WHAT??? Seriously who does that?! Karina said that they were fixing it up for me and were going to get it cleaned, I asked her why she would do that since I CANCELLED the reservation, and she said it was POLICY. I think this shop is a JOKE and the owner needs to POST the Rental Policy AT LEAST on the contract, even if it's tiny print. Also hire more people so there's a chain of command. Karina was also the delivery person, so you had to call her personal cell phone to ask her if you can come in, or the shop will be locked up even during business hours. I would rather go WITHOUT a dress than rent from these Hustlers. read more

Highly recommend this shop for bridal alterations! I needed my dress fixed the day before my wedding and Karina was my savior! She expertly assessed the skirt and completely corrected the problem while we waited. She was gracious with her time and set me at ease while she tended to my dress. I had such a wonderful experience! Karina helped me find the perfect dress and it fit perfectly (which was a difficult task because I found the dress 3 weeks after I had my baby, and lost 20lbs before my wedding 5 weeks later). She put up with our hectic schedules for fittings, and made sure that everyone was able to work around our change of times and plans. She made sure our wedding went smoothly from start to finish and she was just a wonderful woman to be around! Don't take your business here! I completely agree with Xantha's review- Karina is VERY RUDE! I scheduled an appointment for 10am, when I arrived she seemed nice. Karina pulled a few dresses for me to try, nothing like I was looking for. When I pointed out two dresses in the front that I wanted to try, she said she didn't have any more time to let me try them on, and rushed me to the door. It was 10:30am. Not to mention one of the dresses started to fall apart when I was simply trying it on! I wasn't even doing the Macarena! I guess Karina didn't have time to make a sale, not that I would think of wearing one of those poorly constructed things on my Big Day. read more

I got married a little over a month ago, but only now getting a chance to write my review for this place. First of all, LOVE the owner Carina, (Not sure if I spelt that right.). She was super sweet and accommodating from helping me choose the perfect dress for our big day, to dealing with all the last minute changes and fittings for my last minute wedding where I had almost our whole wedding party arriving only a few days prior. Lots of selection at great prices. Such a great business to have in Vegas where so many people come to Vegas for weddings. No need for toting your super fragile and expensive wedding dress when you travel, when you can just rent a dress just as beautiful. If your from out of town and staying at a hotel she brings your order to you. Which was not the case for me because I'm a local, so I just picked up my order the day before which also got me a little discount. I just think that her bringing the dresses and tuxes to you is super nice and convenient for those out of town guests traveling to Vegas to tie the knot. But all in all I'm so thankful that this place exists. Because I was never one to want to BUY my wedding dress, when the day was to come. Just thinking about having to store it properly seemed like something I didn't want to worry about on top of so many other things you stress out about during the planning of your wedding. read more

I really have to disagree with many of the posts here! My experience recently was amazing! First of all, Karina greeted me right away with a very friendly gesture and she assured me that she would take care of me.. And she did! She fitted me with SOOO many dresses and was still happy to help me find the one I needed! We finally found the dress I wanted (I actually was purchasing not renting) and the veil and garter and gloves and everything! She helped in every way possible and she even added a strap to my dress! I honestly don't know what I would do without her! My husband also got the tuxedos from her shop as well as my ushers. AND.... i also purchased my bridesmaids dresses from her with such an affordable and convenient price! I was amazed to have such a quality for the price. Where ever else I had been, the prices were SOOO high, and Bridal Elegance had the best prices I had come across. Karina had so much information about every thing needed for a wedding! She gave me a few numbers to call for different things I needed. I was really satisfied! I believe some of the others on here were just upset they didn't find a dress because honestly it feels like we visited different stores.. Fantastic! Karina is friendly, wonderful and helpful. Set up appt while in Hawaii. Tux was needed for next day wedding after las vegas a month later. Selection and sizing was quick and easy. Alterations were perfect. She also delivered to Orleans hotel where we were staying. I will definitely refer her to anyone and will go back there if i ever need to again. I would not go back here. The owner is very unprofessional. I made an appoitment two weeks in advance, however, when I got to the studio, it was closed. I called the owner and had to wait for her for over two hours. The selection of dresses was VERY limited. I chose my dress and since it was too big the owner promise to make some alternations. On my wedding day, I tried to put my dress on but I simply couldn't. The owner alterned the dress to TOO small. You can imagine how I felt... Also, my husband tie was all wrinkled and the pants were too loose. He had to wear his own pants.... I asked for a partial refund and of course, I never received it... Got to Vegas on Friday November 7th 2014, I had just sprung a surprise Vegas renewal of vows on my wife of 35 years. We had less than 24 hours to find something suitable. Now my wife is very, very fussy. Yelp pointed us to Bridal Elegance. Karina was absolutely fantastic. We got a dress my wife was happy with (this is no mean feat, I can tell you!) Karina had to nip and tuck it to fit, came back at just after noon on Saturday for the final fit and it was ready. Karina gave us 3 packages which included a full tux and shoes for the best man. Do not go here or you will regret it. They quote you one price and when you go there they only have like one tuxedo for that price of $49.00. It is a brown tuxedo but they do not tell you that when you make the appointment. You think you are getting a deal as their web site states but to get a basic tuxedo is well over $100. It is a classic bait and switch. they should just be honest from the beginning. read more

My wife and I had our wedding in las vegas on 7/30/15 and it was amazing. We couldn't have do it without Karina from Bridal Elegance. She was amazing, I called her from California a week before the wedding and in 1 email everything was set. The day of the wedding my best man and I showed up for our fittings, my pants needed to be shortened and my best man needed a bigger size shirt. No problem Karina had it cover, knew what she was doing and suggested a vest and suspenders (I'm a big guy). My wife LOVED the look. Thank you again Karina for everything.
