This is by far the best tailor in town. They have been in Las Vegas for 19 years. Almir and his crew are very talented and I am so happy to finally sit down and write a review. I have used Almir services in the past, but I had failed to review. Today I must boast about the fantastic job they did on my Lucky jeans. Everyone has a favorite pair of jeans and I have had mine stashed away for a bit as I knew they needed some repair. I refused to part with them so as I was cleaning my closet out I showed my daughter my old jeans. She immediately spoke up and said take them to Almir. He will repair and make them like new again. I took her advice and today and picked up my beautiful pair of jeans with new belt loops and interior patches added. They look so good and I can hardly wait to wear them. The workmanship is fantastic. I am so grateful for the care they took with my jeans. Almir and his crew provide alterations, embroidery, mending and repair, custom tailoring, and they are able to create reproductions. They also offer a beautiful collection of wedding gowns. I went to this European tailor because they were one of the only places in the USA that sold the Julia Kontogruni wedding dress (around $7,250) however when I got there they changed that price to $12,659.65. If I knew that I would have gone to Texas instead but I was already in Vegas and said okay whatever. Which was a HUGE mistake. At first, they seemed professional--they took my measurements correctly. But everything after that has been a complete disaster. They insisted I needed a champagne-colored petticoat under my dress, which I trusted since they are supposed to be the experts. Not only did this look terrible, but it wasn't even the right style. Later, I discovered the website specifically states an XL petticoat is needed, yet they gave me a flimsy ring petticoat instead. Which I will post picture of that here. On top of that, they charged me outrageous prices: * $600 for a plain wedding veil (no diamonds, no gold, nothing special). * $1,050 for alterations, and then more fees for additional "alterations." I also have proof in email that back in January 2024, the dress was quoted at $7,250. By the time I returned, the price had jumped significantly with no clear explanation. They promised my dress would be ready in about 6 weeks. Instead, when I came back 7 months later on August 8, 2025, only the petticoat was done--unfinished, with no zipper. They expected me to keep flying back to Vegas multiple times for fittings. When I gave them another chance on August 20, 2025 the petticoat was still wrong. I trusted them because they presented themselves as experts, but they clearly had no idea what they were doing. The entire process has been a scam that cost me thousands of dollars, wasted months of time, and caused so much stress. I wish I had gone with Sposa Mia Couture in Texas instead. This place Europin store is unprofessional, overpriced, and unreliable. Brides, please save yourself the heartbreak and stay far away. You have been warned. I had an amazing experience here! Having never been to a tailor, I wasn't sure what to expect, but these folks made it so easy. When I realized the dress I had bought a few months ago for a wedding this month was not the tea length I thought, and knowing I was on a time crunch (needed the dress about 5 days later) I immediately put out a Yelp request for quotes from tailors in my area. Europin responded promptly and guaranteed my dress could be finished, unlike other responses which just told me I had to bring the dress in for them to see. Their next open business day, I brought the dress in (it's a simple silk dress) and they had me put it on with my shoes. She immediately identified the same issue I had, being that the dress fell awkwardly long with the shoes I wanted to wear with it. She pinned it up exactly to the length I had in mind and I was on my way! This was on Tuesday, and my dress is ready to pick up on Friday. It also only cost me $48 to have this hemmed, which I felt was a great price for a formal dress, albeit a simple one. I was so impressed with the staff (husband and wife team runs the front of the business!), the cleanliness of the shop, and the fact that they were willing to rush for me, a brand new customer, that I will absolutely be back. I brought a ready-to-wear wedding dress that was a few inches too long for me to Europin to have the hemline taken in 3 weeks ahead of my wedding. The consultative appointment was super easy. A tailor assessed the dress on me, listened to what I wanted, suggested a length that she thought would look good, and pinned the dress so I could get an idea of the final product. One week later, I went back for a fitting to confirm the length and the following week, the dress was done. It was PERFECT. I highly recommend Europin for their professionalism, quality, and reliability. I was referred to Euorpin Tailor from a friend of a friend who said she got all her clothes tailored there. I saw they did custom wedding dresses and I was getting married on May 20, I wanted to see if they could help me accomplish my wedding goals and also account for my expanding belly because I'm expecting my first baby on top of that. I visited them in March and it was very quickly determined that instead of having a dress custom-made, it would be better to find a dress and have it tailored. I bought a dress I loved a size bigger and brought it to Europin in April to do the initial assessment of what would need to be done. Strategy: reconstruct the bust to be more form fitting, remove the zipper in the back, add in corset lacing and a fabric panel to adjust for any belly growth, and lower the back neckline to match the sweetheart neckline in the front. Luckily enough, with my wedding shoes, I didn't need to bring the hem up. As you can see, they did an incredible job and I couldn't have been happier with the final look for my wedding day. Plus, I was able to wear my wings without messing up the silhouette of the dress! Europin made the alteration process a breeze and delivered the dress on time. I cannot begin to express how happy I am to have found this place! We had a little bit of an emergency. Hubs decided last minute, literally, that he wanted the cuffs taken off the pants of his old suit . We were heading to an out of state wedding on an "0 dark 30" flight the next morning and I got tasked with trying to get his pants same-day altered since I had the day off. Yay me, ugh! I put out a plea w/pictures for the alteration request to 3 shops on Yelp before any of them opened and Almir came to the rescue first. Not only did he answer before his shop opened, he said he was pretty sure he could get the job done if I got it there before noon. He also quoted me a price. Another tailor answered a few hours later and could not take the job, and the 3rd also answered, but said they only alter wedding dresses. I think that is a wonderful testament to these businesses! I recently bought a new suit for my daughters wedding then lost 40 pounds and it looked like a sack on me. I found Europin tailor and alteration on yelp as i needed to have my suit taken in for my sons wedding. When we drove up to it my wife said "this is where our daughter had her wedding dress altered." They did a great job on her dress. When I was fitted in my suit even with a belt my pants would not stay up and were just enormous. My coat was the same. the shoulders had to be taken in two plus inches on each side plus the rest of the coat. This husband and wife team are amazing people and do amazing work on your alterations. 2 years ago, I brought the dress I wanted to wear for my college graduation to Europin. After horrible experiences at other alteration places doing a cheap or rushed job where any intaking or sewing was very visible, Europin has been such a breath of fresh air! I was devastated and beyond scared when I went to pick my dress up at a different bridal shop in town and they ordered it two sizes too small instead of up one size to a 14 that I wanted just in case I had gained some weight before wedding. I panicked and had no choice but to loose the weight to fit into the dress. I lost almost 60 pounds in the time before my wedding. Europin came to the rescue! I had multiple fittings with them as I kept loosing weight. They continued to alter my dress and make the now too big dress one that fit me like a glove. The dress was better than I ever imagined. I regretted not buying one of their dresses though. Goodness, they are gorgeous! I had a very long train that was a pain to bustle it all so they hooked me up so much and took part off, put snaps on it so I could wear the long train for ceremony and then unsnap it and take it off for reception so I could dance. It was amazing. The owners and lovely lady who helped me are three of the kindest, most welcoming people I've met in a business in Vegas. I was lucky enough to land a role in one of my girlfriends upcoming wedding as a bridesmaid and definitely realized I would need my dress hemmed. I did quite a bit of research when it came to reviews and pricing and was lucky enough to stumble across Europin. Even better is the fact they are about 6 minutes from my house. Brought my dress without an appointment on a weekday and was able to get in almost immediately. I love the fact you can get in and out without it being a huge hassle. My other girlfriend was able to bring in at the same time and get hers done as well. The customer service is great and the turn around time was impeccable considering I brought my dress in with about two weeks notice. They are very professional and get the job done. The only negative comment I have is they charged us $9 to steam the dresses, I figured that would be included considering the price of hemming.
