He is the guy that cashes people out at the register, cleans tables and hands menus out. I didn't see any hand washing before the limes were squeezed into two large styrofoam cups. The first drink had a Bud Light instead of Mexican beer. The second cup had draft beer. He opened a new Clamato bottle so that portion of the drinks was fresh. Menus, cash and credit cards are germy. Odds are this type of behavior may be present at other restaurants. If I see this unsanitary practice, I am inclined to not want to order. It's different if I didn't see. I know we all take a chance when we go out to eat. Restaurants are supposed to follow health department guidelines. Their rating was a respectable 92.
