Came in town for the holidays and stopped in to try some Wyoming Mexican food. This is probably some of the best I have had in Wyoming. The service was great. The two young men working the dinning room were great. They were tentative, friendly and professional. I had the tacos Al Carbon. The home made corn Tortillas were great and the beef was very tasty. Seventh visit today. I've waited a while to review after a while. We were Seated promptly, & chips/salsa arrived immediately after. Salsa is probably my second favorite in town. Server super nice and attentive. Food came reasonably quick. Wifey got the tortilla soup thst she loves here. She requested lime wedges with the order and after the soup arrived she requested a side of Pico de Gallo. Both were comped as part of the meal. I was impressed honestly. I ordered something new today. The Camerones a la Diablo. A dish that I've ordered at countless places. The spice lvl was slightly higher than other offerings, however it was somehow creamier and so delicious that the 7.5/10 heat that had my scalp & forehead sweating was easily extinguished by thier delicious rice and beans. They have great rice & beans, which is often overlooked. Especially the rice. And they have one of the two best places in towns Mexican rice, the rest of them I could care less for. Refills were prompt and we were checked on just the right amount. Parking can be an issue, and they have a funky Micheleada that we don't care for. However I've tried 4 different margaritas that were top notch and super smooth. They just got in new pleather booths that are my favorite, since my last visit. Overall I highly recommend this spot. It's been solid ever time I've been and it's easy to tell when your welcome versus just another table to deal with. Now I understand why the word House is in the business name. When you come to Fridas House, you really are home. I'll add pictures of the Camerones a la Diablo(Hot Shrimp), the tortilla soup, and the new booths(sorry, but I don't want to sit on hard metal/wood chairs). We have been a frequent customer but are becoming very dissatisfied with their approach to splitting the meal. I've asked twice for this service but were ignored when severed the meal. Our last experience, I asked to bring the meal we wanted to split, our waiter walked off muttering something. She served the meal, not in two plates. She bought instead two very small plates and the main order. I asked, how do we split the meal, the order is on hot plate and only a fork to split the food, I asked for a spatula to split the meal. She ignored my questions and left the table area. Good food but not listening to your customers needs isn't a recipe for success. I'm normally a good tipper, I appreciate good service. No Tip, don't ignore your customers requests with indifference. read more

Right when you walk in, it smells like you just walked into a place in Mexico. Even the danged beans and rice, normally a side I don't pay much attention to, are crazy good. I don't know what they do to those refried beans, but they are NOT the same as your typical Mexican place. Hands down my favorite, not only in Casper but probably ever, anywhere. Al Pastor and Carne Asada (get the Tampiquena) are my favorites. So happy they're on Door Dash..but man that can be dangerous lol read more

Casper is not well known for its Mexican restaurants and for that matter other than Sherry's place it's not known for restaurants at all. If you're not eating at Sheri's place and have grown tired of mediocre steaks or burger joints, you can try one of the four or five well-known Mexican joints. This is a newer one and I kind of liked it at least on the scale that I judge Casper restaurants. read more

first let me say that the food was great!! everything else was not great. we ate at the Fridas Mexican restaurant in Wright yesterday and it was all the way around 100%, but this Fridas not so much. the wait staff was largely absent and they refused to allow each person to pay for their meal, instead forcing one person to pay for the entire table. the glasses remained empty most of the meal, and like I said the food was actually very good read more

The restaurant is very clean and decorated with some flowers on the wall and some hanging lights . The service is fantastic and friendly . Our food was served fresh and hot everyone at the table loved what they ordered . The portions are large so it's would be easy to share and the chips are served warm with delious salsa . read more

We had an excellent lunch. They also serve the very best beans and service was helpful and friendly.

If I could do no stars I probably would. Took almost 15 minutes to even get our drinks and we had asked 4 times for chips and salsa and in 45 minutes of being there we still didn't get any, the servers would look at us and give others their food and then they got our order wrong. I don't ever leave reviews but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in any sort of restaurant. 0/10 do not recommend. read more
