It came loaded with crispy shredded pork, lettuce, Pico, beans and rice. Four containers, 2 each of sauce salsas Roja and Verde. There was so much food it made 2 whole meals. The tortillas were probably 12" wide. I spend a lot of time down south in Arizona and I am used to seeing Carnitas being prepared in a cubed state, so the pulled pork was a surprise. While the location is in an old Taco John's. It's comfortable and there are TVs with closed captioning as well as a salsa bar and get your own refill sodas. You order at the counter and then they make the food fresh for you. The menu is very Tex-Mex with everything such as tacos, enchiladas, chimichanga, burritos, tamales, flautas, all accompanied by rice and beans. You can order most items à la cart as well. Did you serve breakfast as well and make massive egg burritos, which are delicious. The staff is always really friendly whether you go to the drive-through or order at the counter. And they have multiple types of salsa that you can get as much of as you want at the salsa bar. The place is fairly clean. It's a 24 hour fast food Mexican joint but not like Taco Bell, it's like actual Mexican restaurant food but you order at the counter, served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. It's clean and fast food-ish. You do get a lot of food. And it is made fresh. And it's relatively tasty. Just maybe a little pricey considering it's order at the counter. Flan and tres leches were also pretty good so keep that in mind. It was quick and easy. When in Casper I'd choose it over Fuzzys. read more

What a treat this was! I had fish tacos, my husband had shredded beef tacos, we tried the rolled tacos, and my daughter got chicken nuggets. My tacos were amazing! And HUGE! The rolled tacos were so crunchy and full of flavor! My daughter got several chicken nuggets, I was pleasantly surprised at the quantity. My husband's tacos were also delicious, he had them earlier in the week and was dying to take us. The restaurant is a perfect mashup of authentic Mexican and fast food restaurant, with beautiful professional advertising of what looks like their actual food (not stock photos). The service was wonderful, the lady taking our order was friendly and chipper. We asked to turn down the music and they immediately did. The bathrooms were clean, as was the entire restaurant. After the long drive from Rawlins, I had a craving for some breakfast. Consulting my Yelp app, I found Panchos. I ordered the ham breakfast burrito. It comes with potatoes, cheese, lot of ham, eggs. They have a small salsa bar that offers some nice hot fresh salsas. All things considered, it wasn't the best breakfast burrito I ever had, but it was good size and the tortilla was nice. As far as you are from the border, you know it's a bit of a challenge to get burritos like we have here in SoCal. They're a fairly good option as a Mexican taqueria. Don't be fooled. Outside you'd think it's like Taco Bell. All items are generous in portion and very, very good. Order at counter and menu is really varied. We were both exceedingly happy. But anyway, Pancho's has definitely helped me fulfill some my cravings. I've tried the carne asada burrito as well as the carne asada fries and they are pretty good. This place is the Greatest! My brother was wanting to go to village inn (weak I know) and I decided we should try something local. Thankfully google helped and directed us to this Mecca of fine Mexican cuisine. It's as if Pancho Villa himself cooked every meal by hand to start a Mexican Revolution in your mouth. The decadent carnitas were amazing, the Carne Asada Torta was the size of my plate, even the homemade tortillas (the size of a small parachute) were homemade. The only truly Mexican or Norteño restaurant in Casper (not Texmex),Pancho's is amazing. One of the only places you can be served 24/7 365 days a year, and what a treat! The kitchen and cook staff are immaculately visible. The burritos are big enough to make 2 meals and the chips and queso has the best queso ever. Their flour tortillas are the freshest most authentic. I would also recommend the Machaca (burrito or plate) It's like Pancho's version of pot roast. This used to be a Popeyes Chicin I hear,, how they didn't make it in this town I'll never understand. But all for the better I guess. This place is awesome, the food is one of the best Mexican food in Casper and the best Mexican fast food in town. Portions are okay, used to be really BIG but are now starting to be in line with everything else. Still good for the money, you gotta try the Carne asada burrito and the Fiesta taco.
