This was a neat place to visit. They have another place on the island that you can get coffee. This place is unique, it has a drive-thru, which to me was awesome. Even though I walked inside. :) I will note they do not accept credit cards. You must have cash. I would hope a large sign somewhere to let the locals know, would help. The coffee that we both got was good. Two thumbs up on this place. Oh yeah, good customer service. That's a must need.

Quick service and coffee! Nothing amazing but the service was friendly, and the drive-through was convenient, right near the grocery store.

My morning mango smoothie -- a fresh way to wake up!

These folks keep me fed. Aside from great coffee they have excellent sandwiches, smoothies and pastry items. I have a giant drip coffee every day and I'm a regular so as soon as my truck pulls up, the nice people there pour my cup. Lots of times I have an espresso later on in the day and let me tell you it is mighty fine. I depend on the turkey pesto sandwich on ciabatta and also the turkey, cranberry cream cheese -- good times! Great hotdogs. Love driving through and love stepping in to try to answer the trivia question of the day. And...I gotta have that smoothie, mango or berry, take your pick, they're both good. Just really grateful to have this little yellow shack of goodness here in Friday, and on the way to work.

Their Salish Sea Fog (London Fog) was my favorite, it was fragrant and perfectly sweet. I even got the same tea bag and tried to make it at home. I got the Third Eye Coffee and it has 7 mushrooms and it was quite earthy. The honey lavender had really delicious sweet lavender floral taste. The coffee was great but we came across a not great experience with a lady/customer in line. She told us to wait outside since the owner doesn't like when the coffee shop is packed as it made him nervous. We acknowledged what she said. The tone was rude and stated, "well, aren't you going to go?" But we were holding the door for her to go out first since we have manners. If what she said was true, I think it would be better if the owner had a sign of some sort so folks aren't scolded but this lady. I tried to tell myself she doesn't represent the coffee shop but it did make me just want to leave to another shop. When we walked by the coffee shop throughout the day since we walked around town, there were definitely multiple people waiting inside like we did. Sooo...

After noticing that two couples who arrived after us had already been seated, I went back inside to ask about our table. The staff seemed a little irritated by the question, which wasn't a great start to the experience. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly throughout our meal, which I appreciated. However, it took quite a while for our food to arrive, and when it did, it wasn't very hot. I ordered my eggs over medium, but they came out overdone. From what I observed, the kitchen and counter staff seemed somewhat disorganized, which may have contributed to the long wait and cold food. I've heard mixed reviews about this place, and based on my visit, it seems like your experience may depend on the day. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either. There are definitely some positives, especially with the waitstaff, but overall the experience fell short of expectations.

Pig war pizza: I thought this was good but my friends said it was too salty. Maybe it was a tad salty but I think that's how all pork pizza is going to taste normally. 4.5/5 Fried chicken sandwich: I didn't really like this as much, I liked the sauce and it had a nice kick to it but the chicken was a tad dry and flavorless. 3.5/5 Philly cheesesteak: I enjoyed this, the steak and the melted cheese mixed together nicely with the bread to create a delicious experience. It is a bit expensive for a Philly cheesesteak though for its size and it's not anything super special. 4/5 Fries were also pretty good but they didn't come out hot. The food took a bit of time to come out but that is somewhat understandable since they were quite busy on a weekend night. I enjoyed the ambience, it definitely felt like a brewery and gave pub vibes but with solid food. 4.1/5
