The mainland it's a doggy dog world to survive. Here it's just relaxing, open at 9 ish, two hour siestas and close at 5. We just dealt with a 17 hour commute from east coast to the west coast, slept barely, was up and out the door at 6 am to catch our ferry to Friday Harbor, only for it to be canceled and delayed until 740 pm. At this point I just wanted coffee. Nobody was opened except these people. I had a mocha latte and a blueberry scone which was the BEST scone that I've ever tasted before. Better than Starbucks warmed up. Thanks to this place for doing it right.

What makes me sad is that I am not sure when I will get a chance to return to see if it was an off day for them and also, food prices are SO high it is disappointing to basically throw away $15 worth of food.
