She was phenomenal! Overall, they need to have a signature item and/or seasoning that separates it from other taquerias. The drinks on tap concept is very good. The rice was overcooked and mushy. Plus it is $3 when tacos are $4. I would look at making beans and rice $2.50 or combine with taco for meal and make $4.25 to get a deal. These are low food cost items and right now the price is too high. As it stands, the value for tacos is good. Would re-think some of other options and have more 'signiture' item(s).
