Frieda also helped by teaching me Chinese exercises that continue my improvement beyond the acupuncture treatments.

After years of trying Western medicine and multiple prescriptions, I was honestly losing hope. My…read moremom encouraged me to try TCM, and I'm so glad I did. At my first visit, Dr. Ann read my tongue and accurately described my health issues. She explained how organs support each other, the body's natural clock, and gave very practical lifestyle and diet guidance. The herbs felt pricey at first, but each bottle lasts a long time and focuses on restoring balance. Within weeks, my digestion and metabolism improved. Even my husband is now a believer after seeing results himself. I only wish I had found this earlier and hope more young people give TCM a chance.

It went down many other rabbit holes I did not need to go down. I was told about my low stomach acid, I knew this. So I was recommended a crapload of herb pills plus the ones I originally came for (hair loss) ended up spending $435. I took supplements for one week and started breaking out in hives. So I had to stop!!! Little did I know when you have the issues I have ... Chinese herbs will cause more reactions. So now I'm stuck with a load of Chinese herbs I can't use and im out cash. Do your homework before you come. Does it work. I'm sure it does just not for me.

I first discovered Dr. Han about 3 years ago and I won't go any where else. Anyone I mean anyone I…read morehear or anyone I know who brings up the word acupuncture, I immediately recommend them to see Dr. Han. He is so honest so don't be offended you need to hear it and accept and be kicked back into reality! I appreciate his kindness, truthfulness and his genuine heart. He is all about patient care and self love Dr. Han is the Dr for acupuncture you will be so pleased, you can thank me after your treatment.

Let me start of by saying how clean this place is. As soon as you walk in you begin to feel a sense…read moreof relaxation. Although small, you can feel that this will be a positive thing for your recovery as Dr. Han will never have more than 2 people at his office at a time. I woke up one day with my face droopy on Jun 4th 2021. I took two pictures and I shared the dates that I took those pictures. I came across Hoa Da Acupuncture because I had read that acupuncture was good therapy for Bells Palsy. I was hesitant at first to try this therapy but I did because my parents pushed me to trying it. The doctors did not prescribe anything for Bells Palsy besides steroids to relieve inflammation to my nerves. I started therapy with Dr. Han I believe on the 18th of Jun and I saw immediate results that I decided to go for the full therapy. Dr explained that the more times I come to the office the better my recovery time. I've gone to acupuncture approximately 7 visits and I share my results which is at approximately 85% recovery. If your hesitant to go to cure your Bells Palsy don't . All of my family and colleagues have told me that their friend and family members with this same condition have lasted more than what I lasted with Bells.

I can't recommend Dr. Li enough. From the very first session, I could feel a difference -- calmer,…read moremore grounded, and with noticeably more energy. And it didn't stop there -- things kept improving session after session. Dr. Li is one of those rare practitioners who truly knows what she's doing. With over 30 years of experience and training in both Western and Chinese medicine, she brings deep knowledge, precision, and a calm confidence to every treatment. Whether you're dealing with stress, low energy, chronic pain, or something hard to even name, she has a way of getting to the root of it and helping your body rebalance. Her approach combines acupuncture, traditional Chinese herbs, and lifestyle wisdom in a way that feels both ancient and deeply relevant. She doesn't overwhelm you with too much -- she shares just the right insight at the right time, often in a very gentle, almost quiet way, but always something that sticks with you. You can tell she's not just treating symptoms -- she's supporting true healing. Bonus: she speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Chinese, and she makes you feel welcome no matter your background. The clinic is peaceful, clean, and feels like a place where healing happens. If you've never tried acupuncture or are even a little skeptical, give her a chance. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone -- whether you're dealing with something physical, emotional, or just looking to feel more balanced in your life.

First off, this was just my experience, and I think Yelp reviews are generally unhelpful. However,…read moremy own experience at this place was in such contrast with the reviews I read, I felt compelled to share it. I came here because people suggested acupuncture could help with the sudden onset tinnitus I've been experiencing (though oddly enough, no one had a place to recommend). I chose this place because tinnitus was listed on its website as something they treat. Although many questions were asked about my symptoms while meeting with the owner/practitioner, and I provided all the information I could, no explanation was given as to how this treatment might help me. I was told to lay down, and relax for 20 minutes. Try as I might with pins stuck in my body, the wonderful sound of traffic outside, and people going in and out of the bathroom, I just felt ridiculous. What the hell is this supposed to do? After the procedure, I was given some mysterious herbs to take. I asked what they were, and was told they were "herbs to help with post Covid recovery." Unsatisfied with the lack of specificity in this answer, I asked again what they were, and what they were made of, and was ignored. She said she knew they worked, because she took them. I found this response remarkably obtuse, and unscientific. On top of all this was the dead cockroach under the practitioner's desk (pictured below). A week later, in an effort to give this person the benefit of the doubt, I returned for a follow up, accompanied by my girlfriend, to find the practitioner/owner locked out of her building, waiting for someone to bring her a key. I'm a skeptical person, and I think this kind of treatment possibly functions as a placebo for those who believe in it, but my experience was paying $95 to be very uncomfortable for the entire time I was there. Maybe there are better practitioners out there, with better, cleaner, more relaxing facilities, and who communicate more clearly with their patients. Regardless of how you feel toward acupuncture, I would not recommend this place, nor its practitioner to help relieve stress, or medical symptoms. To anyone reading this who is suffering from some kind of pain, or stress in their lives, I wish for peace, and fast recovery.
