I rearranged my evening and childcare for the appointment they scheduled, so it was frustrating to have it canceled because I couldn't accommodate their last-minute schedule change. I was also disappointed that at my first appointment I was told my copay was $20. After checking with my insurance, I found out my actual copay was only $15. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism, poor scheduling practices, and incorrect billing information have made me decide not to return.

They are very prompt at responding to text messages and telephone calls. Appointments gets booked fairly quickly but if you're really flexible and determined, you can request to be on the waitlist and get in to see them. Dr. Mei is like the mother-she has a very calm, soothing and nurturing style. Dr. Peter is like the father-quick, to the point but gets the job done. I appreciate both of their techniques. When I have time to relax, I'll opt for Dr. Mei but when I'm short on time, I'll opt for Dr. Peter. They really helped transform my aching Barry moving body to much better state. I never believe in acupuncture until my services with them.
