I had a wonderful experience at this office, it was late Thursday evening and my tooth had broken, after eating some almonds. I called the office up and the receptionist was so kind as to squeeze me in, Dr. Ly was the one that attended to me. Once you are place in your exam room, you have your own huge flat screen television to choose what you would like to watch or what music you want to listen to. The equipment is all state of the art. Only the latest techniques & methods in dentistry are used at the Friend-Ly Dental office. Starting with the comfortable X-rays and the cleaning your teeth & gums using ultra-Sonic scalers (my teeth are so white & bright!). If you need a filling, they use the latest mix of resin fillings, which require a more conservative tooth preparation (less drilling) and can have a strengthening effect on the tooth. They make you wait forever to get an appointment and you wait even longer once you're inside the office. Slowest place I've ever been in my life! They did apologize once I said I was leaving but I had to wait for over 2 hours before I even saw the dentist is ridiculous! I called and tried to make an apt for a cavity that was bothering me and I'm supposed to wait 3 weeks before I can be seen, well I'm never coming back here again! I started coming to Friend Ly Dentists in Spring, Tx. a little over 1.5 years ago after being referred by my brother. All the dentists I have been to in the past were horrible and I was in more pain upon leaving their offices than when I got there; so needless to say I was very nervous. This place is unlike any dental office I have ever been in because everyone here is SO awesome. From the minute you walk in the door there is a comfortable atmosphere, a really nice flat screen TV, comfortable chairs and a play area for the kids. The office staff makes you feel at home, safe and assured you will be taken care of asap. They will make you feel like family. You never have to wait a long period of time because when you are in intense pain you want to be seen as quickly as possible. From the dentists Dr. Ly and his wife Dr. Nguyen and also Dr. Wan these dentists are TOP NOTCH. You can't find any better in my opinion. When you are called to go back, the chairs they tell you to have a seat in are so soft and comfortable and the Techs who assist these dentists are also TOP NOTCH. The first thing these Techs ask you is if you want something to drink for example Bottled Water, Juice, Coffee or Tea then they even ask you if you want to watch TV or listen to music. If you choose music like I do every time I have to go; they ask you what kind of music you want to listen to and they will make sure you listen to it. I personally like Enigma, Enya, and Celtic Music because to me it is very relaxing and the pictures on the TV are all of peaceful scenes that go hand in hand with the music. ALL of the dentists and techs here are so gentle, kind, compassionate, understanding, and will make you laugh or at least smile.
