I'm proud and more than happy to give Friendly A/C 5 stars. I've now used them several times (can't believe I haven't written a review until now) and each time they have been knowledgeable, very fair priced, very responsive and most importantly, trustworthy. I didn't buy my central unit from them as I didn't know of them at the time, but I will certainly buy its replacement from them. Air Around the Clock installed my current system and it took them three different installers to properly set it up. When the compressor broke, they tried to charge me THREE TIMES the cost that Friendly charged me, and they were trying to sell me a generic compressor which would only carry a one year warranty whereas an original manufacture's compressor would continue to be under warranty for another 7 years. (I need to write this part under Air Around the Clock's review board also). I did buy a mini-split from Friendly for our master bedroom as it was always the warmest room in the house. They had a great deal on the system and when I thought there was an issue with it, he literally sent his supplier to my house to take a look. Talk about going above and beyond. By the way, mini-splits are absolutely fantastic. Super quiet and super efficient. If you want a very honest, responsive and fairly-priced Air Conditioning company, Friendly is by far the best company I've found. They truly take pride in their work and simply want you to be happy. Having dealt with many of your typical contractors in South Florida and experiencing all of the worst they have to offer, I'm very grateful to have come across Friendly! Thank you, guys! read more

The best AC service company I have had so far. Honest polite and reasonably priced. A previous AC Co was called to provide me a quote because my unit was not heating. They opened the unit and left it unscrew and noisy when turned on. I assume they were going to diagnose an AC problem once I noticed the noise. But feeling like I could not trust this Company I found Friendly AC who came over identified that the only problem was that they had not screwed the unit closed and it was knocking when turned on and they clarified to me that my AC has a small heating capacity so the heater is working properly but was not created to be very hot so I would have to purchase an alternative heater. This was the same thing the installer had told me a year ago, so now I am certain it is the truth. The other Company that left my AC unscrewed told me they would get back to me with a quote for fixing the heating unit. I am a recent Friendly A/C customer, and rarely do I provide formal feedback to vendors. This Boca Raton team has gone above and beyond to ensure superior quality of service and workmanship. The Product and the installation were handled promptly and courteously. The estimate was precise and the timeline was honored exactly as planned. The remarkable aspect that separates this company from any other is why I am sharing my experience. The installation site was compromised by the community's irrigation system, which had a defect, and the community association personnel had to access the underground network. Friendly AC offered to come back immediately and disassemble the work they had accomplished well a week before, at their own time and expense, thus facilitating the community association's repair needs. We just had our new AC installed by Friendly A/C and I am beyond satisfied. I gathered quotes and did my research of five different AC contractors. I found the other companies were very pushy in trying to get me to buy their preferred AC brand and would've spent so much more and then regretted it. The only one I didn't get that from was Friendly AC. From the very beginning they were honest and interested in helping me choose the AC that I wanted for my home. Ran was awesome in getting everything set up and as soon as I was ready the installers came in and also did an excellent job. Our AC stopped working Mon evening, I called first thing Tues morning and was told by the friendly person answering the phone that someone would be there between 10am and 12pm. Usually when I hear that I anticipate the tech arriving closer to the latter time so I was crossing my fingers that it wasn't going to get too hot in the meantime! Promptly at 10am Ron arrives...yay! He got our AC running in about 5 min...he was professional, courteous and he even explained the problem to me. I am So happy we purchased our AC thru them!
