I contacted several companies prior to calling Steve at Reliable AC services. They all just wanted to send someone out and didn't answer any of my simple questions to help narrow down the problem. They only wanted to charge me a service fee. I'm not going to get into any details, but I knew that it was a simple solution and I just needed an expert opinion. I contacted Steve at Reliable AC and he was eager to help without hesitation. He told me what to do with my drain lines and he figured out my issue on the spot. After three phone calls to Steve I was able to get my unit back up and running. He never gave me the impression that I was bothering him even though I'm sure he gets these kind of calls all the time. If I ever need someone to actually come out I would Not hesitate to call Reliable AC for all my service needs. We had Reliable AC Services install a new AC unit for $3,744 in March but it made a lot of noise and did not cool. They tried to say that is how it is supposed to work. It stayed about 77 degrees, so we asked them to come back in July. They admitted that it was a faulty compressor and replaced it, but demanded that we pay an additional $1,495 for the repair. They would not honor their guarantee for 10 years parts, and 1 year parts and labor for a new unit that never worked right. We put in a complaint to the BBB but Reliable AC Services would not respond. This is after we already paid them $23,000 for another new AC unit and other services. They do a poor job, but are very aggressive in trying to get paid for shoddy work. In fact, they have the BBB accreditation logo on their website but are not BBB accredited! read more

My AC unit quit cooling. I called Reliable at 9:30 am and they had a repair tech out in an hour. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my unit - he was completely finished by 11:10. Reliable was very responsive and professional. I highly recommend. read more

Payed $265 for nothing... They said it was the capacitor. It wasn't. I told the repair guy it can't be. The a/c company I had a labor contract with was useless. They checked and could not find the problem. I got their( reliable) # from my property management agent. I spoke to Steve owner directly. He said they would diagnose the unit and tell me the problem. The tech said it was the capacitor. i said it can't be because the other company checked it 3xs..I still have the one reliable replaced. It works fine. They sent someone at 5:50 pm fri. . he didn't know how to fix it. I pushed the test button it started up again. Steve was to be out sat. Said sat. morn. he can't make it. Will be out Monday morn. I text Monday 10:30. he said the guys were behind. And would come when they were done. At 3:30 I text again. They said can't make it . Would come back out tomorrow morn. I text in the morn. And asked for Steve. to come out. Said they would later that day. I text again no response No one ever showed up. Or had the decency to text back.... To fix my a/c. Bunch of liars. I filed a dispute with my credit card comp. They said when they left. The unit was working. Well. It stopped. They don't even stand by what their web site says.. I could have pushed the test button myself. Wouldn't even file parts warranty . Lied about costing $50 to file a claim..Oh I bought a new unit. From Sansone. the people are great and great service. .And great price...You lost out on a $9000 new a/c unit install...I hope you go under. read more
