In addition, the cleaning was not thorough. So, I began looking again and I found Comfort Dentistry. I do have mild anxiety during procedures, and they claimed to be one of those offices that made things as relaxing as possible. I booked an appt, and have now been there for years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I am taken back for my appointment within 5 minutes of my appt time. Only once have I had to wait longer, and it was about 20 minutes. My hygienist is wonderful and personable, and takes her time. I've become so comfortable with their manner, that I now bring my son with Autism to this office. He has anxiety and sensory issues, and they follow his lead in comfort. We started out just my hubby and me going, with kids at a pediatric dentist now, and the whole family goes. Oh, and once we had friends in from out of state and a crown fell off (or he had some kind of tooth issue). Hubby was waiting at the dentist's door when they opened that Monday morning, and they fixed it for him, no problem! Anytime we've had a procedure that had large out of pocket expenses, they worked with us on payments. The office is always really good about working with me about how to maximize our benefits so we pay as little out of pocket as necessary. Of course, I would never expect him to work for free, as it seems another reviewer seems to. I certainly don't work for free and I doubt she does either. I would highly recommend this dentist. I received a full smile makeover (Invisalign & veneers) by Dr. Dar and it was the best decision I've ever made. From my very first appointment, he was meticulous, attentive and not at all judgmental. He had great communication with me and always let me know what was next in our process, making sure I understood everything. His facility is comfortable and clean and all staff was so friendly!
