Dr A extracted a tooth for me and the entire procedure was absolutely painless. Dr A was so very nice and so supportive! Brandy was very awesome, so sweet! I was scared to death but Dr A and Brandy were very reassuring, telling me I was doing fine and you're doing a great job. All the things you need to hear when you're as big a baby as I am! I have never been to a dental office that cares and has as much compassion for their patients as Embrace Dental. If I lived here I would never go to another dentist, ever! DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!! I started with them less than a year ago with perfectly healthy teeth. I was told that I needed 2 crowns and when I got the second crown due to MILD sensitivity (which should have been corrected with a filling) they drilled my tooth too far down and now I need a ROOT CANAL!! I did NOT need one before my appointment but now after 2 months of terrible pain and a bite adjustment, I'm told I need a root canal, to which I have to pay for! They also told my husband he needed a deep clean on his gums and we had to pay $500 out of pocket for the first appointment and who knows what the second "treatment" would cost. Oh and now I supposedly need a THIRD crown but that was just brought up to me at my last cleaning. This place is bogus so if you want to spend every dime you have on a dentist, this is the place because if you didn't need work before you go, they will make sure you need it after your very first appointment. I would rate them a ZERO if I could! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Oh and when you get frustrated about anything Taylor at the front desk will talk to you like garbage![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] UPDATE: I've gone to a much better dentist now and not only did I need a root canal because my tooth was so bad, they also had to re-do the first crown that Embrace did because there was a gap at the top of the crown. Completely obvious to my new dentist. Since my insurance only pays for 1 crown per tooth every 5 years, it was another $1000 out of pocket to have the crown redone plus the root canal I needed. First the quality of the office was amazing, it was the best dental office I've had services in my entire life. You can tell they put a lot of thought and money into the aesthetics of the office. Hi my name is Leslie Rice, I'm a patient at Embrace dental in Florence Ky. I have upper and lower dentures that were placed by Embrace. I got my dentures on January 11th 2023, just over two years ago. Let me start by saying as of March 15th I have lost 3 teeth off of the dentures. 2 on top and 3rd from the bottom. Two of them fell out within a 1 1/2 years of being placed. The 3rd one fell out March 15th of 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was told by nurses several different things to do. One of them told me to be careful eating because it's acrylic, I said to her I hope it's stronger than just acrylic!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] That's when the first one fell out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When 2nd one fell out, nurse told me to bite and chew my from the side of my mouth and like a dumb ass I have been doing that. I cut my meat like I'm feeding a 2 year older.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So I don't loose another tooth and low and behold after being so careful, and barley eating at this point, I lose the 3rd tooth. Now I'm just over it. I must say Dr. A took responsibility for the first 2 teeth falling out. When the second tooth fell out that denture should have been replaced. Now they want me to pay for 3rd tooth. I feel like at some point in time they all are gonna fall out. Sounds like a scandal to me. My mom has had dentures same dentures for over 40 years and never lost a tooth. You know what the nurse had to say about that.(It depends on the patient). They told me that my teeth our out of warranty!!+!+!!! So I say to who ever reads this review beware because this nightmare could happen to you!!!! I saw two one star reviews and at first I was scared but then I realized out of all the places in the area, they were really helpful with scheduling. Then I came and the reception is so beautiful and the staff were really friendly and had good senses of humor. And then the dental assistant Ashley, was super helpful and she totally understood how I felt. And I wasn't scared like usual and she was really good at acknowledging all the good I did. And the Dentist who saw me, Dr. H. She was awesome and super knowledgeable at teeth and showed me my X-ray and did some tests that took time and really gave me attention and I could tell how caring and kind everyone was. Dr. Adeniran is by far the best dentist! My husband was swollen with an active tooth infection and Dr. A was able to get him in same day and treat his tooth. My husband left feeling so much better! Dr. A treated my husband with compassion and see him as a person who needed help and in pain when other dentists turned him away. Such an amazing place! If you want to feel comfortable, get your oral health back into good health... then you need to come here. They know what their doing! DR. H is a sweetheart I love her so much! I have the worlds worst anxiety & tend to get social anxiety on top of the whole "dentist nervousness" but she talks to you about things to get your mind off of what's going on and it truly helps! Got in same day, but their services and prices are misrepresented on the website. Website clearly promises $150 extractions, was presented a bill for about $400. A root canal was $2900, and they couldnt get me in that day but wanted payment up front for it....expected me to wait several days with excruciating pain in my mouth and offered me a script of antibiotics and ibuprofen while i waited. Um, NO- if im paying you immediately, i expect immediate relief. Was not even offered a numbing agent for my mouth. Went to Mortensen and got my tooth taken care of 3 hrs later. If you want to go to a dentist and be treated with care, this is not the place. I've been debating on writing this review but I don't want anyone to go through what I did there. I went to get 3 teeth pulled. As a 17 year old that's scary. I wasn't completely scared of the dentist and he wasn't my main dentist anyway I just went to him to get my teeth pulled. He went to numb me up with that stick and he just shoved it in my gums and oh my goodness I felt like that hurt worse than him putting those needles in. He then shot me up over 12 times with numbing needles and at one point I was bawling and moving and he kept going because I didn't raise my hand I felt paralyzed. He said he might have to pull out one of my teeth even though I was still in so much pain. I was there for 4 hours to get 3 teeth pulled. I was scared and upset. This was the first and last time I'll ever go there. They tried to schedule me for a cleaning and I said I'd rather drive to Smiles on York in Newport. The doctor is absolutely amazing. Super nice. Talks and sings and tries to keep you calm. He also has a massage and heating chair. That's what a dentist should be. Not someone who doesn't care, is in and out, and ignores your pain. read more

Dr. A and his staff first off are amazing. I have waited a long time to see any dentist. I came across Embrace Dental care when i was in excruciating pain. I called that morning and they had me in there that afternoon. They treat their patients with respect and make you feel like a part of there family. I have never had an experience with a dental team like this. He took care of the tooth right away and started the process of fixing the problem. I had no pain after and have returned three times since January of 2019. Fixing the problem I originally came in for. I have not been in pain since. The team works with you on financing. He did a root canal and pulled another tooth and the next day still no pain from the procedure. I absolutely love this dentist and his team and he now has a lifelong patient I would not go anywhere else. I don't even get anxiety anymore! read more

Took 4 thousand dollars of my money without completed treatment and refusing to refund me now that I want to switch dentists.

I like all the employees individually, but as a whole is where they lack. Called me to reschedule my appointment, I go to said appointment and they tell me it was supposed to be rescheduled again, offered me a credit if I could wait an extra hour, being far away this was not an option. Prior to the first reschedule I was told on the phone my visit would cost ten dollars since I had met my deductible, upon arriving it somehow went to $58, I paid and left to not return again. Did receive a call confirming my appointment after all this, informed them I would not be back, they did not care nor ask why. read more

I've been to one dentist who said I had 5 cavities only to go to a different one months later who said I didn't have any. That next dentist was not personable and made me not want to go to the dentist even more. After years of not going and then noticing a couple of really bad cavities, I had to find a dentist... There are so many dentists in the area to choose from; all have good and bad reviews; after reading nothing but great reviews, I went to Embrace Dental. SO glad I did!
