The first two days of class, we had a bucket of juices offered in the back of the class room. I wondered why there was no water included and why the bucket disappeared after day two. There were always bagels and fruit offered in reception but I was never offered any and didn't know if they were available to us. The receptionist brought in cookies, every day at 2pm. The instructor eventually told us that we could get water and soda out of the cooler in the hallway. That was a saving grace since we were stuck in this dark room for intense training all day long. Location is good and they have plenty of parking. I attended in the peak of summer heat in Arizona and was cool and comfy all day.

Their master class was very interesting and I learned a lot of all aspects of detective work. Classes are small enough that you get to know and become a supportive family with all who attend. The new office facilities are great, too. Highly recommend. Their Manager Russ ignored me for a week when I tried to call him to sign up and pay for 3 day class which later I found out is not a class but just an orientation when I was told it is was supposed to be a class. they then double charged me and it took several days for it to be reversed. And then was extremely quick to kick me to the curb when they found out I couldn't afford 20k for their classes without any kind of roadmap or advice of what are some other options, which at least would be some common courtesy. I lost money dealing with these people because I paid and then lost days at my job. I highly recommend against dealing with them at all. They were extremely unprofessional in my experience.
