I needed someone trustworthy, reliable, and capable of dealing with my very active dogs (a hound and a Siberian Husky cross). I was referred to Leading Ladies by another dog walker. Within a couple of hours of our initial phone call, Kala, the owner of Leading Ladies, arrived at our home for an intake visit (to determine if our dogs, our needs and her situation would be a good fit). Friendly and personable, Kala impressed my husband and I with her experience, understanding of dogs, and clear business practices. Most importantly, the dogs (who can sometimes be a bit shy with strangers) warmed up to her immediately, without hesitation. My hound even lay down and relaxed right beside her. I am impressed with Kala's vibe, experience, professionalism, and love of animals. The dogs will go for a test run with Kala and her crew of Leading Ladies in a few days. The issue is the owner has ZERO compassion for people. Bought my dog passes (10) so her to go to while working, unfortunately due to some massive unforeseen circumstances she cannot return likely at all. Ive explained everything to them, the girl on the phone was super nice and spoke to manager for me who claimed nothing they could do. Then she spoke to owner for me and nothing they could do. i spent $320 there and i cannot get anything back and its ridiculous Owner will not refund even half of it, part of it NOTHING they wont even let me transfer my sessions to a dog that goes full time there so i can get some money back, my girl cannot go back to any daycare likely ever and this owner had ZERO empathy, and 0 business skills. this is completely circumstantial to my situation, again nothing wrong with the workers there or dogs that go there all lovely. this is all the owners policy and will not do a damn thing to help someone in a one time situation, 0 respect for that, i would advise ever buying anything too long as owner does not give a damn if you're struggling just takes your money and gone. 4 stars to girl who tried to help, 0 stars to the owners and the company, complete pitiful. NOT to mention their website just says passes expire within year nothing about it not being refundable or transferrable (on website it self) its all "call us" and in extreme situations you would think company would do something worst customer service from the owner
