Alright, guys... so don't ask me how it happened because I still have no idea, but I was hosting guests, and BOOM. The bathroom door is suddenly locked, and no one is inside. Vsevolod is great. Responsive, flexible, and well-prepared. He gave me a number/quote early on, asked for a photo of the locks, communicated his availability, and double-checked with me on my schedule preferences. He showed up prepared with his tools and got to work right away - and still being very polite. He communicated what he was planning to do even when there's a need to pivot and change strategy (e.g. drilling instead of picking, for my project). He knocked everything out for my project (replacing multiple locks) in less than an hour. Here is why I would give him a +5 out of 5 - he vacuumed the area! When he said he was gonna clean up before asking me to pay, I thought he meant he would put away his tool, tidy things up, and be gone. He actually went to his car, got this portable vacuum (as seen in the photo), and vacuumed the stairs and the impacted areas to suck out all the metal bits, dirts, etc. to make sure that I am happy and nobody will be affected by the residue of this project. That's a first to me, and I'm thoroughly impressed by his service. Vsevolod speaks decent amount of English but he's very humble, and he offers to use Google translate for me to answer some questions before the job begins - again, I appreciate how thorough it is so that we are all the same page.
