Asked for POWER WASH and apparently an order for just DECK WASHING was placed. Even though there was an email for my order and when I spoke to JoAnn, I corrected her that we want POWER WASH and not deck wash, we still got the wrong service. 4. Oh and by the way, they claim deck wash 'Removes mold, mildew and dirt.' Uhm well, there still is mold and mildew on our deck so obviously they can't do a simple deck wash either. See photos. 5. Dont expect someone to pick up your call. Leave a message, wait a day...or two. Same with emails. Reading the previous bad reviews, there seems to be a pattern here with Steve's customer service, communication and quality of work. Now we learned, when in doubt, go with a company with at least 4 - 4.5 stars.
