Before the pandemic and during 2020, this business was the best. We picked up and started using…read morethem again in February of 2021 and they have changed, which is understandable because of the pandemic. It's not the small price increase as we can understand that, it's that they no longer provide de-mating service in case it's needed. So it's now become a wash, trim, and bandana for more money and less work. After using them for a year and being very pleased, we might as well go to a standard wash, trim, nails place for 1/3 of their charges. Sorry that we had to part company in this matter but now for $120-130 every two months vs $45 there is too much of a disparity in fees. I see that the owner states that we cancelled twice .... That's different and a new tactic since you set the schedules and cancelled on us. You didn't set our next appointment during the last visit and that was months ago! We no longer will be using your services and don't appreciate the changing story. YOU stated to me that you no longer offer departing service so I don't get your reply, and it just confirms more that we will no longer use your service.

We told them that he needs to be taken care of right away. They assured us that they know that Frenchies have difficulty breathing and would call us as soon as they were done. A call never came. We went to pick him up and they said that he was just about done. Our dog came out GASPING FOR AIR and STRUGGLING TO BREATHE. We questioned his condition and they said that "he was fine a minute ago". Our dog layed on the floor and proceed to throw up and continued struggling to breath. They had the name and address of an animal hospital near by, ready to give us. They were prepared for this. We rushed him to the hospitall where he continued to throw up. We arrived at the hospital and they told us that his lips were purple and he would have died if he arrived a few minutes later. They had to extubate him and gave him a series of medications as well as as a cooling jacket and ice baths to bring his temperature down. It was 103.8. We came to learn that the owner has now retired and moved to Florida and left her unqualified staff in charge. They put my dog in a cage and put a HOT fan directly blowing on him. He could not BREATHE and had an anxiety attach. We have no idea how long he was in this cage or how long the fan was blowing, as no on would give us answers. ANIMAL ABUSE!!!! This place needs to closed DOWN!!!!!!!!!

Kristie was great with our pup during a recent grooming!…read more We were in the market for a new groomer and Kristie returned our call promptly and spent 20 minutes going over everything and anything she needed to know prior to his grooming appointment. \ On the day of the appointment the waiting area was a bit chaotic with a lot of dogs and their owners showing up at once. The front desk seemed a little all over the place but Kristie still came out to speak with us and go over everything. Two hours later our pup was ready and looked absolutely handsome! While the waiting area is a bit cramped they do tell you two hours so you're free to run errands and come back. There is also a porch out front if you absolutely must wait. Prices are fair and they're very transparent as to why the grooming cost what it did.

Results were way better than could have even anticipated, especially since we didn't give direction on how to trim. Highly recommend this groomer.
