Before the pandemic and during 2020, this business was the best. It's not the small price increase as we can understand that, it's that they no longer provide de-mating service in case it's needed. So it's now become a wash, trim, and bandana for more money and less work. After using them for a year and being very pleased, we might as well go to a standard wash, trim, nails place for 1/3 of their charges. Sorry that we had to part company in this matter but now for $120-130 every two months vs $45 there is too much of a disparity in fees. I see that the owner states that we cancelled twice .... That's different and a new tactic since you set the schedules and cancelled on us. You didn't set our next appointment during the last visit and that was months ago! We no longer will be using your services and don't appreciate the changing story. YOU stated to me that you no longer offer departing service so I don't get your reply, and it just confirms more that we will no longer use your service.

The price was around $20 and that included the wash area for 30 minutes, unlimited soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a heavy duty blow dryer, and, even an apron to keep me mostly dry. The wash area is raised up higher than a bathtub, which saves my back from having to bend over for so long. Before the wash, I bought some peanut butter treats, that were on sale, to give my dog a reason to chill out a bit. The blow dryer worked fantastic, plenty of air volume and pressure without any heat. If you've ever tried to dry a husky, who has a heavy coat and undercoat, you'll appreciate the blow dryer. Friendly and helpful staff. I'm pretty sure that I went over the 30 minute time period and when I asked if I needed to pay more, they didn't charge me a penny. Even the other customers were fantastic! Most everybody there is a pet lover and my boy Giorgio got lots of attention and pets from random people in the store. They have plenty of items for other pets as well. Get your cat, bird, fish, etc needs taken care all under one roof. The icing on the cake? Plenty of free parking in the lot out front! I really hope that other people use this store for their pet needs and for the dog wash. They were really great. (I'm sorry that I didn't take before and after photos of my experience and my very handsome dog )

She informed me that there would be a wait because 2 customers just came and I could use the small bathing station if I didn't want to wait. My dog is 35 pounds so that wasn't going to work. While I waited, I asked the groomer if I could get nails clipped. She informed me that it was $14 to clip and $18 if I also wanted them filed. Then she said she could put me in for tomorrow- no thanks since it was a long drive. So, I walked around the store and when I went back, there was another groomer who could clip the nails right away. Perfect! By the time the nails were done, one of the dogs left the bathing area. Another worker came to clean and disinfect the area. Then it was my turn. The water hose had good power and I could control the temperature. I had my own shampoo but there were 3 different ones available. Once I was done e washing her, I used the two towels they provided to dry her off a bit. When I was ready to use the blow dryer hose, there was no power. I asked another worker (there are so many workers at this location) and he immediately went to activate it for me. The experience was nice. The space was clean. The workers were all very helpful. I just wish it wasn't located so far from me. Large parking lot.

They also do not cage the pet which allows for a stress free environment for the animal. They can be very busy and yet they don't over promise. My wife and I have been very happy with the four years of grooming that has taken place.
