I haven't seen her in probably like eight months and she made sure she asked me how my trip to India was. The only downfall is they do not have any late days or weekend hours. It really sucks, but does give me an excuse for a day off when I'm going for my yearly physical! They also do not do routine blood work in the office anymore. I have to go to LabCorp now for that. They are still able to draw blood, but just don't do it for routine work.

They were professional and yet friendly and fun! It ran like a "well-oiled machine". The nurse that prepared me for surgery made me comfortable and feel less anxious. As I waited for surgery, I watched the interactions of the staff with patients and each other and was so astounded by the care they gave with a positive and nurturing attitude. They have put my fiancé and my sister into collections, for co-pays that were not charged at the time of the visit and they will tell you that they do not take co-pays in office anymore.. well that's a lie because I have paid at the time of visit before. Oh and good luck getting your medical records.. Submit your request in writing, then in takes 2 weeks and you also have to pay $1.00 per page! You will be lucky to get in touch with the Office Manager, she was off when I last called and today I called at 4:10 PM and she was already gone for the day. Pre-op room was super clean and clutter free. Nurses and technicians were very professional, calm, super friendly, and comforting, taking pre-procedure stress off and helping to relax. In the op room I felt the same friendly attitude before quickly falling asleep :) Post-op was very smooth and comforting as well. Special thanks to Nelsa - my pre- and post-op RN - who prepped me for the procedure.
