I saw that Burger Seoul got an actual sit-down location and I have been wanting to stop by to check…read morethem out and the new items on their menu as well. I saw that they have hwachaeji for a limited time so I was motivated to stop by. My boyfriend, little brother, our two dogs and I got to the location around 6ish and we saw they had a couple outdoor benches. We also saw they have a pick up window which I thought was pretty neat. My boyfriend and I decided to go inside to order while my little brother and our dogs waited for us outside. They have a lot of seating inside, a well-maintained bathroom, a water station, a spot to open bottled drinks and more. You order through a kiosk as my boyfriend and I stood at the ordering spot and they seemed too busy to notice us. Once we placed our order, we saw how efficient the workers were at getting orders made. They were quite busy when we arrived and even afterwards as there was people coming in to order or pick up orders. We ordered the Saeuji, Seoul Burger, Bulgogiger, Biscoff Shake, Hwachaeji, Fanta, garlic French fries, and french fries. The food and drinks were all so good, but we all agreed that the Saeuji was the best of the three. The Biscoff Shake was refreshing and smooth and I really enjoyed the modern twist on hwachaeji.

Stopped by Burger Soul in Tacoma for lunch with my husband after my daughter recommended it to us,…read moreand it completely exceeded our expectations! Parking was convenient right in front of the shop. Ordering was super easy and fast using the touch-screen kiosk at the counter. Their menu notes that all burgers are made to order with 100% NW fresh beef. We chose to sit at the outdoor patio tables, which was lovely, but the indoor seating and restrooms were also spotlessly clean. We shared two items: the Seoul Burger and the Fire Soul, along with a side of Sweet Potato Fries. *Seoul Burger: Cooked to a perfect medium as requested, juicy, and dynamic in flavor. *Fire Soul: Absolutely incredible! It's packed generously with tender, marinated grilled sliced Korean pork. The sweet and spicy sauce paired perfectly with the crisp pickled cucumber, giving each bite an amazing pop of flavor. Hands down, these are the best burgers we've had recently. Wonderful Korean-American fusion! To top it off, the staff checked in on us to ask how we enjoyed the food, which was such a thoughtful and pleasant touch. Can't wait to come back next time to try the Avoca Soul or Super Bulgogi! Highly recommended!

This was my first time getting food here so the review might be a little biased but I thought it…read morewas pretty good for a food truck. The staff was super friendly and I really like the amount of options they had. I got the chicken Larb and the beef jerky and it was ready in about 12 minutes. The beef jerky was sooooooooooo good! It had great flavor and perfect texture. I wish it had prik Nam Pla instead of the jaew but that's just my personal and very unpopular preference lol The Larb was good but was extremely limey and I LOVE me some lime. I had to add some soy sauce to try to balance out all the bitter and citrus from the lime juice. I also added more cilantro since it was very basil forward. But still a solid plate of Larb. Ate every last drop. The portion sizes are decent for a food truck but I always get more when I get the same thing at restaurants. Overall, I can't wait to eat here again.

This is the real deal. We ordered chicken laap (larb), Lao sausage, papaya salad and phad se ew. Everything tasted just like my mil home cooking. Fresh, zingy, spicy and that good pungency. Iykyk. If you want some good authentic Lao food, give this place a try. On weekends they have Kapoon The aunties running the truck are also very sweet and answered all my questions. Sometimes when I can't find their specials that week I call and they are more than happy to lmk. Give this place a try. You won't regret it.
