I'm an US Army disabled Veteran and I used to regularly go to this barber, which had great prices. They were always friendly. I always tipped very generously. Then, one day, when I had an appointment scheduled (they're busy and not easy to book), they texted me, cancelled my appointment and told me to find another barber - without explanation. I didn't ask for one and will never go back. If a business treats Veterans this way, with no cause, indication of or explanation for this treatment, in spite of always acting friendly to you and while receiving very good tips for their work, it would be wise to question their loyalty, honesty and integrity. I strongly advise avoiding this business. I gave 1 star because one star is required. I don't believe they deserve even one star. read more

I've been meaning to give Blue and Phia a review for several months now but I absolutely love I found these guys. I'm always very happy with the haircuts I get from them and help me not look like a schmuck. Blue is about to retire for the most part so Phia is going to be your guy. I have to book these guys out more than a week in advance but totally worth it. These guys do a better job than some of these other fancy barber shops and they charge less. I've personally never had a hard time scheduling a cut. Every cut I've had here I have always been more than satisfied. An absolutely fabulous barber shop here in frisco! Not only is it locally owned, but Pia and Blue are so great and kind. My boyfriend and his family have been going here for over 5 years and now he HAS to drive down from college just to get his haircut here. They are always booked and they will still find a way to fit you in. It is a very clean shop and there is never a long wait. They are tough to get an appointment at if you are a usual "walk in and get a haircut" kind of guy. Call about 2 days out. It is hands down the best cut in Frisco though. They have 3 barbers in the shop and each specializes in particular style based off your hair length. Great place however they may be losing two of the barbers soon so get in while you can. read more

I liked the haircut they gave my toddler. No thrills here but they cut hair well. I watched the other barber cut a gentleman's hair and his attention to detail was epic. He told him if he noticed anything not completely perfect to come back in anytime. Wow. I gave it four stars because parking can be difficult to find. And the building was a little dirty. I have enjoyed my haircut so much that I recommended two friends and my son to them. unfortunately ALL 3 made appointments via phone only to show up 15 minutes early and find out their appointments were lost. today my son, who made his appointment via phone last week, and I was I the room when he did, was told his appointment was lost. first rate hair cuts do not make up for cut rate service. sorry, but I can't recommend any more friends since it is 3 strikes in a row for this shop on my referrals. read more
