Editing after seeing response from Ahmed the owner who seems to be a troll. Despite acknowledging any service deficiencies he just hinged on one point that i was 18 min late. I asked them if 18 min late is fine or i can reschedule and they said ya come in np. Even if, i was 18 min late, i could have still be given 42 min as advertised, sons questions could have been answered, warrior cut would not have been barbarian cut and last someone should have at-least cleaned the cream and hairs all over his face and neck. And finally the owner should have taken responsibility rather justifying on lame excuses. Avoid at all costs unless u know ur barber and he knows u. --------------------------- Appointment checkin 1.18 pm, checkout 1.34 pm on Aug 10th. Paid $55 + tip. Sloppiest job in 14 min by barber Bori who they claimed to be the best for warrior cuts, hardly any texture or detail in work. No one can call it the warrior cuts. Did not care about washing hairs before applying the setting spray. Left hairs all over sticking and white cream all over neck. Did not had texture powder. Did not explain anything even after asking. Looking at their website, they advertise $55 for an hr with explanation on how to set the hair but the barber did not care to spend even 20% of advertised time. There is no point arguing or provide any feedback where the service is so basic as a $20 haircut place. read more

So we took our 2 year old today to got a Haircut and Kay (I think was their name) was SO sweet, and patient, and kind. We had an amazing experience from the very start with a wonderful woman helping us at the front desk, to immediately getting us in a chair with someone who knows exactly what we wanted. Every time I've went, I go as a walk-in and have had different barbers. From now on, I'll look to schedule / request with Nate. I don't get my haircut frequently, so I had a ton to cut. She is beyond kind, friendly, sweet, and caring; she truly is the whole package. I bring my dog in with me every time, and she is just as spoiled as I am. Kay was clearly present the day they taught people how to be amazing. I can easily understand why she has so many loyal and repeat clients Ahmad is also there to greet you as you walk in the door, offering everything from a handshake to a bottle of water He is in a perpetually happy mood and always makes you feel incredibly welcome. The story: I made an appointment online for a buzz cut and a beard trim, and I got George randomly. I'm so happy that I did. I'm relatively new to the "beard world," but he gave me his honest opinion on what would work best with my thinning hair and fairly full beard. I basically left everything up to him. (I'm picky, but I'm not crazy about it.) I walked out feeling very grateful that George and I crossed paths. My beard journey will be in his super-capable hands going forward.
