I really want to like this place because I've heard so much good things about it. But after my first visit, I'm not there yet. So the good first- the flavor of the Lomo Saltado was good. So much so, that the rice (with the sauce all in it) was actually better than the steak. The steak was too cooked for my liking. It was well done and had the texture closer to liver. And the fries were good just a lil oily. The worst part though is how little steak they gave me. For $22, I expect more. There were 4.5 strips of steak. I'll definitely go back because the food actually had flavor and the service was nice and friendly. For my first Lomo experience, this was not it. Come on Cafe 772, I know you can do better! Recently introduced to this place about 3 weeks ago and I've been by for the last 3 weekends. I love a great Frittata and this place does not disappoint. The meat lovers Frittata is my favorite but the spinach one is also great. They have other great selections if Frittata is not your thing. I tired the Burrata Cheese Avocado Toast with Prosciutto most recently and that is also amazing. The service is also stellar and if you are a coffee connoisseur like myself you will love that they serve Lavazza coffee and they have the proper machine. Saturdays are busier than Sundays but either days atmosphere is great. Not loud more chill vibe to enjoy your company and food. I haven't had one thing thus far that hasn't been amazing. My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now and love this place. We tend to get the same server and sit on the same table unless the place is really busy (coincidentally). The service here is great, we only had bad service once that I can remember but I think y he served was new. We usually order the Smoked Salmon Croissant, vanilla cappuccinos and a scrambled eggs with toast for our toddler. Needless to say, we always enjoy it. Recently they started serving pastries and this last time we tried the guava pastelito and I can see that's its authentic!! Not like what you can get at Publix for example. The menu is smaller, but there are enough options on there for everyone whether you are looking for breakfast or lunch. Beyond the menu proper, there is usually a blackboard with specials as well. Behind the counter is a a coffee station that beats the hell out of Starbucks - they make an awesome cup of coffee and there are endless ways to enjoy it here. The front counter also serves as a showcase for some grab and go items as well. Along one wall there are some imported (European) grocery items for sale as well as a little cooler box with Pierogis and a few other imported items that you can cook at home. This is the first time I have dined at this establishment. First of all let me say the ambience is that of a cafe in Europe. Relaxing with backyard music, a cozy couch, beautifully decorated, I felt at home and relaxed. The menu has so much to choose from, I had the avocado bread with an egg and bacon. And when I say champ I mean efficiently AND very customer friendly! She was very pleasant and kind even though we could see she was working her tail off that particular day (and probably everyday.) The crepe was served cold I'm not sure if a lot of places do that or not so that was a little odd to me, there was a bit too much Nutella for my liking but overall it was good!! The bagel sandwiches are a must! They are amazing they ran out of cheddar cheese so I had American cheese but it was just as good! I came here for breakfast and to hopefully do some work online. I'm not sure if they have wifi but I connected through my Xfinity. The brewed coffee tasted good, no crazy special about it. I ordered the omelette dish which was interesting, I'm sure many people will like it but perhaps I should've went with something else. Customer service was good, restaurant was very clean. Parking is available here on the lot. It's a good breakfast spot but nothing amazing stands out. If you're in the area and want a good breakfast, this is a safe spot to go too.
