The only thing that ANIBAL MARIN cares about is taking your money. I had been going to this business for a few months with no issues and then the one day I finally bring a friend in to experience it with me and the coffee is warm even though it's an iced drink. I would always get the same thing and this time it was WAY OFF. it tasted absolutely awful - so my friend goes up there and asked them to remake it for me. ANIBAL The owner comes up in a confrontational manner and refuses to remake it, or make another drink it, or refund it, so now - he's not gonna remake it and you won't give me my money back - now you've just STOLEN FROM ME. The owner does not care about the quality of his establishment - this is not a safe space to enjoy food or drink. He does not care about our community. It also goes to show these Port St. Lucie Chamber awards are a bunch of BS. They just award the businesses that pay the most into their networking groups. And ANIBAL paid the most by stealing from our community! Before writing this review, I saw there were many others who have been STOLEN FROM. OMG! I was looking for a place to meet up with a friend and boom... Berry Forkin' Good! Walking through their doors feels like stepping into a fairytale. The décor is something hard to describe; the atmosphere is super cozy and calm, and the service is outstanding. The girls were incredibly kind. My friend ordered a drink that looked super tempting in the photo, with red, pink, and blue colors, but it ended up being yellow because they stopped using some ingredient that changed color... sooo, please bring it back!!!! As for me, I ordered an açaí bowl and have nothing to complain about--it was well prepared, tasty, and perfectly balanced in price, quality, and portion size. The coffee is also very good. Was meeting up with two girlfriends here for lunch. You go up to the counter, place your order. Then they will bring your food out to you. I like that! The ambiance is super cute! It has purple decor with great lounge chairs for seating. I got here early and had time to look around. I order a dubai chocolate crepe. It tasted delicious. My only complaint is that there was not enough filling. You had to dig down 3/4 into the crepe to get any of the filling. Same thing with the lady at the table next to me. I ask her if she ordered a plain crepe. She said no. One of my girlfriends ordered a chicken crepe. Same thing. The other friend ordered an açaí bowl that looked really good. And a nice sized bowl. I come out to Port St Lucie once a year to visit family. There are very limited gluten free options so I was really excited when I saw this place show up on the gluten free app. The deco is unexpected but cute! I got the dolce cappuccino which was so good! Don't usually get flavored cappuccino so that was a first and so worth it. I got the waffle which reminded me of a shop in Prague that I went to and the açaí bowl. As someone who has ordered açaí bowls regularly for years all across the country, I can confidently say this was the worst one I have ever had. The texture was crumbly and completely off, and the flavor was terrible. I always add protein powder to my bowls, and this time it was clearly not blended or mixed in at all. It was like eating straight protein powder, completely inedible. When I brought this to the staff's attention and politely asked for a refund, I was told no. The reasoning given was that I had requested the protein powder add-on, as if that somehow made it acceptable to serve a bowl that wasn't properly prepared. The manager was called over and also refused a refund. The only resolution offered was a remake with 15% off. I had already paid $25 for bowls that couldn't be eaten. Poor quality, poor execution, and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place. read more

The only reason I'm knocking off a half point is that I feel like the drink could have something extra to highlight the "mojito" theme, like a mint garnish or a special seasoning. It came with whipped cream, but if there's nothing else on top, I think it could be skipped. Now, let's talk about the crepe--I had been craving one all weekend! I went with the Breakfast Club, and it did not disappoint. The hidden maple syrup was a pleasant surprise, subtly lingering in some bites without making it overly sweet. It had the perfect balance between sweet and savory, and even though I usually go for sweet crepes, I'm really happy I chose this one. Next time, I'll be back for some waffles and to try more from the menu! And don't even get me started on the ambiance--this place is beautifully designed! Really pretty on the inside, but the chicken is really dry and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. I wouldn't order. The smoothie was good though. They told me they couldn't give me my money back so I would reconsider. I would like to reiterate since the owner has commented. The chicken was VISIBLY dry. I really wish I would've taken a picture of it before I just had the lady throw it away. I go to restaurants all around South Florida and I know clean and good food. That chicken was dry to the bone and literally falling apart like paper. I wasn't looking for a "Saucy" chicken when I intentionally ordered a chicken breast. I was being generous with my review, but no the staff wasn't that friendly and when we walked in I was standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes before the 2 women in the back spoke to me. The 2 stars I gave wasn't for the smoothie it was for the ambiance. I would work on making sure things are in order in house vs. responding to an honest review like that as if I'm not being truthful.
