I soon found out she was one of the owners on her day off just dropping off checks. I love when an owner steps up and does whatever it takes to get their customers in and out. Ordered a snickerdoodle coffee and was in LOVE. The staff were incredibly nice and answering all questions. It genuinely makes me smile to see the positive messages on the cups. Second time my husband went and got a cold foam and a sandwich. He didn't like the cold foam but said the sandwich was good and since the staff was so friendly he would try it again. Second time he got a cookies and cream and was much happier. I think these owners alone make people want to come back. They are dedicated, friendly and must treat their staff well to have teenagers (for the most part) so kind. I love Starbucks but I choose Cali coffee because their coffee is great and owned by a family who really cares.
