Absolutely need something like this in Kansas City area!!! Kids had an absolute blast and spent like 5-6 hours playing in all the separate areas. We got the middle package to include the ropes, but hope to get back and do the full experience including the zip lines next time!! Also, don't sleep on the cafe, excellent pizza and toasted ravioli! Only issue we had is the lines to get in as there was not a separate line for people that had already paid and completed the waiver online as we did, as well as, when we were done and wanted to buy shirts for the kids- same line again. read more

If you think Covid is fake and masks/social distancing are useless and like this kind of thing, then, you'll like Fritzs. Big place, tons of climbing ropes course stuff. It's pretty interesting. Everyone had a good time for an hour til the floods of anti mask and social distancing folks flooded in. It was packed. There were almost too many people to enjoy it. Very crowded. I was surprised at parties that came in with like ten people and only 2 or 3 played. The seating area got crowded quickly. Fritz' had a guy walking around with cleaner and rags cleaning surfaces and employees wore masks, but about 1/2 of the people in Frits weren't wearing masks and there was zero social distancing. I'm not a nazi about Covid safety, but it made me uncomfortable. If it bothers you I'd pass for now cause the visitors didn't observe it and it wasn't enforced. read more

This place is fantastic for our teenage boys but there are kids of all ages here. We bought the tickets and filled out our waivers on line so we basically just walked in, checked in, and they got their wristbands and took off. I didn't get a pass but still had access to the main floor. I had lunch at the cafe- chicken tenders, chips, and drink for $14. Pretty much on par with any other "Attraction". Really disappointed in our experience here. We got into town later in the day and bought an all access pass for my 18 and 14 yr old daughters. We knew they wouldn't have a lot of time bc they closed at 8pm but expected a few hours to play when we purchased at 4:30pm. Unfortunately, it seems that several employees were upset by our late arrival and my daughters, along with another 10yr old customer were treated very poorly. The 30 min class to teach them SAFETY, and the rules was rushed and difficult. Their instructor Tyler was clearly annoyed and impatient. It was difficult to hear over the music, he mumbled, rushed and missed significant rules and tips for having a successful adventure on the course. My adult daughter specifically remembered his name because of his treatment to the younger customer. Explaining that no mother would want her child treated like that. Once released to participate on the course my daughters were then mistreated several more times by several other employees. Stuck up high, trying to successfully use a clip they had NEVER seen before employees screamed at them from the bottom about not doing it correctly. Then demeaned them once down for "not paying attention" in class, and several employees gathered to judge whether or not they should be allowed to continue. Once "allowed" to continue they were once again shamed for going a "wrong direction" they didn't know about, and then had to deal with another employee pushing them to be done for the day and not to go up again because it "was getting late," at 6:15pm. I was nervous about this experience and my daughters are older! If my 18yr old struggled to understand his instructions and directions I can't imagine how younger children felt. My daughters agreed it was embarrassing, and frustrating. As a parent I'm upset that what I paid for was cut short, that my kids were mistreated and most importantly that their safety was at risk! It's unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I wouldn't suggest letting your kids go without a parent with them the entire time. read more

After reading the reviews we almost didn't come here. Our daughter kept begging us though. I'm actually really glad we came! First of all, yes they do charge to "watch" however they now if it right back to you on a gift card. Can use toward food, drinks or souvenirs. Secondly, we didn't not feel like our child was in danger due to staff not paying attention. It was well staffed and everyone was friendly Lastly, it was a great time for our daughter. We had a very stressful experience. When we first checked in they said my son was tall enough to do everything there so I bought him the package to do everything. Well when he got to the tree top adventure they said he wasn't tall enough. That was after he waited 30 minutes in line. So we went back to the desk and they gave me a band to go with him which was fine but there was so many safety issues. We go through a little schooling before we are allowed up but they forgot to teach us about a safety hook at the end. So when we got to the end there is this random safety hook hanging above us and he is expected to jump but I would not let him jump with this random loose hook hanging there. Also there was no workers around to help us. I would imagine any spot you are expected to jump there would be a worker near by. I had to yell to my husband to go get someone. Afterwards when I approached the manager they brushed it off like it was no big deal bc it was just a hook there for safety....that we didn't really need it. "Well, why is it there then?" Also apparently someone didn't do their job bc they DID NOT teach us anything about this secondary safety hook before we went on the lines. Also, my son's hand got stuck in the red hook and he started crying. I had to calm him down and get his hand out. The place has potential but It was WAY understaffed! If they cannot accommodate that many people safely they shouldn't let so many people in at once. It's all about the money and not the safety of children! read more

Visiting Branson annually with a number of kids has had our collective families always on the lookout for activities that appeal to a variety of ages and types of kids. Fritz's offered a number of genuinely unique activities - laser maze and ninja wall climbs - to offset the long lines for the popular areas, like wall climbing and tethered activities. Don't believe the negative reviews! All the complaints about pricing are ridiculous. This is a phenomenal value considering another ropes course that opened costs $20 for one time through and the laser maze is $5. Fritz's is $29.95 for adults and $21.95 for children 4-11 and you can play ALL DAY. My husband is 55, got the "senior" pricing for a bargain of $14.95, and did all the activities! We played for 2.5 hours, left to eat lunch and came back for another 3.5 hours. Totally worth the price. Many reviews complained about paying just to watch your kids. Well, any other amusement park like SDC requires the same. lEveryone working there was so cheerful and pleasant. There was a ton of things for my 9 year old son to do. My 7 year old daughter did not meet the height requirement (48") to do the high ropes course, but she still had a blast in the laser maze, underground tunnels, and tree houses. I would recommend wearing long sleeves, pants, and of course shoes. Because some of the fast slides can burn your skin! Or maybe I'm just not used to slides anymore. I felt like a kid again doing all the activities with my son. This is what vacation is all about - spending quality time playing with your kids. Excellent concept. My kids are having such a great time. Everywhere they turn there is a new area to explore, whether it be the cargo container or underground mazes. As for value, it's better than other businesses on the strip that offer all you can play for 2 hours at $35. Plus you're inside & not sweating to death. Fritz deserves 5 stars other than the fact that I have to pay $21 just to sit on the floor. I understand I need to be here for legality purposes, but since I'm not participating in any of the equipment, it's pretty much blackmail on the business' part to make me pay so my kids can play. And if you just want to sit upstairs & watch, then it's over $11. I really feel bad for these old grannies with walkers having to pay full price (minus ropes & walk wall) when you know there is no way they are going to sneak onto an obstacle course. However this is probably how they pay their bills & it's easier to swallow the cost for a parent vs having a kids ticket price be 50% higher than what they already charge. This place is super clean & modern. A nice addition to the tired businesses that occupy Branson. Other than that, Fritz is worth the visit. Probably the best entertain for the kids on the strip, plus they are getting exercise. read more

Fritz's was so much fun. My wife and I took our two toddlers and two 6 year olds for the last day of our Branson vacation. We all had a great time. We got there shortly after they opened and the toddlers unfortunately were done after about an hour. There simply isn't that much for them to do. They have a toddler specific area that was fun but they were over it after a while. So my wife took them home and then the tea fun began. My two older kids and I went and did the high ropes course, the climbing wall, the warped walls, the big slides, and everything else for the next 4 hours. None of us wanted to leave when it was finally time to go. So why only 3 stars? The biggest reason is safety. They have concrete floors throughout, which seems like a really bad choice considering you have kids running around everywhere not paying much attention. One of our younger ones fell and got a big bruise on her forehead, and I'd imagine this is a very normal occurrence for them. There's a three story high spiral slide that isn't enclosed at all or monitored in any way. If a kid ever decides to stand up and falls it would be tragic. I saw many people piling up on the slide because they didn't wait long enough or tumbling around backwards as their feet got stuck on the slide. They also don't really have anyone monitoring who's coming and going and this is a huge place and impossible to keep track of all your kids if you have multiple older children. Finally, I thought it was pretty expensive. Definitely fun, but a lot for what it is. read more

This place was very impressive and well-run. Hat off to the designers. The decor, the Fritz storyline, the industrial strength, the integration of overhead and below floor elements all come together perfectly. Bathrooms, cafe, water fountains, plenty of activities for little and big kids. The only thing I can't review is the tree top course since we didn't do that. The other harnessed activities felt both terrifying and safe. And the non-harnessed ones were fun and challenging and safe. You may get some bumps and bruises, but if you want to try to run up a ninja ramp or race your kids thru tunnels you must surely expect that. I'm thrilled this exists and look forward to bringing my kids on a regular basis as it provides rare strength and agility and confidence building opportunities. UPDATE After reading other reviews, I want to clarify: parents must be willing and able to stick close to their kids and monitor for safety. Parents of littles should have some level of physical fitness. If you want to just watch and sit, this is not the right place for that unless your kids are very tough, experienced adventurers, and self-sufficient. Also, capacity matters. I don't know if they limit entrances or what max capacity is, but with my kids being younger I would not have felt nearly as comfortable if the building were more crowded. This place is a scam. They charge you for standing and watching and say that your non-adventurer ticket price is credit towards the concessions. They then tell you that a parent is required to be with your child on the main floor which forces you into buying a bigger pricier ticket that does not come with concession credits. This then separates your party. My wife and kids would be on the main floor while I sit and wait upstairs at the confessions. This then forces the other parent into buying another bigger and pricier ticket that does not have concession credits. This scheme forces a family into buying the more costly tickets, without them losing overhead in concessions. When I complained that this is not right and called them out on this scheme I was told by Hayden who is a brave young lad that "if we don't like their policies we can head out." I would honestly give this place a negative 10 stars! I got over heating and began throwing up in the middle of the place. No employees came to help, even after my husband asked where the nearest bathroom was. Then when we couldn't get the lockers to work the lady who came to help was very rude and unhelpful. My husband took our daughter and grandsons here for a day of fun. First, the price is expensive, especially if you are just here to watch. But my husband said it was "one of best days of his life." Now that's huge to coming from someone I've known for 45 years and had several great experiences. He also said, he looked to be the only 66 year old out there and not watching, which I think gave him great satisfaction. I was here yesterday with my husband and 3 year old daughter and we all had so much fun we came back later that day. This place is geared for 8+ year olds through adults but like I said, my 3 year old daughter loved it too. My mom stayed and watched with our baby and had to sign a waiver but did NOT have to pay. The only recommendation I have for this place is that they do need to figure out a better option for watching when you have a baby or toddler. Otherwise there is a ton to do with very unique underground tunnels, climbing ropes to a suspended airplane, ropes courses, rock wall, laser game, big slides, etc. This is truly a unique indoor playground for big kids. Be advised you will have fill out multiple "waivers" for the adults under the auspices of a "Legal" waiver. We had a little mishap when using a ticket service, but they honored the purchase. The price seems outrageous, but with the armbands, you can exit and return. Great, activity for a rainy day! I really enjoyed this place! I definitely do feel like the ropes courses are more for older teenagers and adults; however, there are many activities for younger children to enjoy as well. It can get quite busy, and it can begin to take a while to experience the ropes courses. Up on the treetops course, the platforms can become filled with people all trying to get through the course- which can be difficult. The only thing I would add is that it can be very difficult to hear/understand the staff. When they were explaining things, their instructions are often mumbled and rushed. Lastly, the food was very great!! Overall I thought this place was great, and I would definitely recommend it! It's very unique and perfect for any adventurer! read more
