We snow tuned and didn't zip line. We got there right at opening and so there wasn't much traffic. This was one of the best bonding experiences with my husband. We were able to do 3 trips in 15 minutes but got tired after 6 and just watched other families. I bet we went down the hill 8-10 times overall. They let you stay together and ride as a group or individually. Everyone watched was laughing and bonding as a group. Sooo glad we did this. read more

It was really exciting and I guess it's the fifth largest in the world, but it goes really fast so if you're not on it, you better get to the top if you're going to watch your friends zipping. Went snow tubing. Paid $35 for a 1 hour ticket. Rode down 3 times and time was up. I expected more rides for the cost. Perhaps less people in a time slot or a longer time slot. The facility is nice, the employees are kind and prompt, and the verbal tutorial prior to the experience was professional and helpful. We booked the 1 hour experience. They tell you to get there 20 minutes early, but that's useless. You get wristbands that tell them when you're supposed to be there, but they wait for the exact hour to hit, so you have to wait in a line to get your wristbands, and then you have to listen to instructions, so that already wasted 10 minutes. Then, there is a conveyor belt. ONE conveyor belt. It was packed and the conveyor belt was extremely slow, and they require you to wait a certain amount of distance before one person at a time can get on. About 15 minutes after standing in the line, you get to go, and its a cycle. For what you pay you should be getting around 10 rides in, not 3. read more

This place is awesome. Leila and Alex were our guides. I wasn't going to zipline, but Leila answered all my irrational questions, without laughing at me lol, and reassured me about how safe it is. I had a blast. You don't have to brake yourself, the guides do it for you, and that's what convinced my daughter to also do it. I guess at other resorts you have to brake yourself, and as beginners, we didn't want to do that. The views were great. Something went wrong with the pictures they took, so we were able to come back the next day and do it again for free. And then they didn't charge us for those pictures. Absolutely top notch customer service. Both Leila and Alex were super nice, and very funny, and great at their jobs. I would definitely go again if I'm ever in Branson. We also did the snowflex hill, which was fun too. read more

Fun fun place! Great for all ages. Inner tubing down a hilly slope with mister helping to do your slide. Conveyor belt takes you and tube upward if you can keep your balance. Have workers to help you get set up and give you the push. Alone or holding on as a group. Then the trick is getting out of the tube gracefully! Ha ha , not easy for older ones. You pay for an hour but you will be worn out. Plenty of places to stand or sit to watch. Also have zipline but doesn't seem to be as popular. Don't forget the gift shop, grab a t shirt. Place is clean and friendly! Located right outside of Branson. Great addition to the family agenda that you won't want to skip. read more

The views were beautiful. The guides: Imani and Dylan were professional and friendly They made it fun, added in some humor and challenges for us at each base. Encouraging me to enjoy it and not be afraid. They took pictures at certain places and suggested cool poses so that at the end we could see our pics as we'd traversed the zip lining course. This was something we really wanted to do last year and made it a point to do this year. Our family of 4 did the snowflex tubing. (9yo son and 13yo daughter) I feel like the website was a little hard to navigate. I get it that pretty much all the fun places in Branson are trying to package activities with several other things, but I really felt overwhelmed and just opted for the snowflex tubing. This place is super clean, cute and had friendly service. Great little gift shop as well. We are from Texas and very outdoorsy, but an hour of snowflex tubing in 100 degree temps became miserable fast. Despite the misters with water on the hill. Just be warned of this. In summer time, don't go in the heat of the day like we did. Get up early so its not so hot. read more

Today was my first zipline. They have a great facility with beautiful scenic views. I had so much fun today. Doing the ziplines and the rope bridges in between was a real adventure and I was a little scared but felt completely safe. You could tell they were all about safety and gave us clear directions on how to stay safe while keeping it fun!! read more

This place was a ton of fun! We were a group of 5 folks visiting and looking for something new to us in Branson. The Snowflex sledding did not disappoint! We booked our time for early Friday morning. Glad we did because before our hour time was up the place was packed. We were all in our late 60s early 70s. But before you decide this must be tame if the old timers can do it you should know that pretty much all the other visitors were families with kids squealing in delight as they swooshed down the slope. This is the 2nd time we have been here. This place is awesome. We chooses a zip line combo. The climb up the hill was a little ruff in the 6 wheeled military vehicle, but was fun for a few of us. Our guides were funny and professional, they answered all of our questions we had. We had 2 new to zip lining. They handled them very well and encouraged them anytime they needed help. The whole time we laughed and enjoyed as we ran the lines. The 1/2 mile line at the end was fast and fun and the 100' free drop topped the whole experience. Best zip line In Branson!!!! read more

Did the Xplorer Canopy Tour with my 11 y/o daughter. We purchased our tickets online to save the $10. We've both done zip-lining before at several locations so we knew what to expect. We harnessed up and traveled in a military-type vehicle up to the first tower. We were accompanied by 2 guides. They were both great - informative, friendly, and concerned about safety. My complaint is that we were in a group of 12. All 12 had done some sort of adventure course or zip-line in the past. However, we spent most of our time waiting for each person to be attached to the line, pulley added...wait for person on the line to be removed...then person sent....repeat 12 times before you could go again. In addition, with 12 people on the towers, we were huddled very close to strangers. It would have been nice to spend more time moving vs. standing on platforms. read more

This was one of the best zip line places that my family has been to. Our guides were Marry and Doug and they were full of enthusiasm and energy helping people who were scared muster up enough courage to jump. They were knowledgeable about the courses and kept the air light with jokes. It was fun for the whole family and although they had a lot of rules left room for people to do as they liked and put their own spin on things. I highly recommend trying the snowflex tubing here! My family, ages 46, 43, 15, and 11 had an absolutely fantastic time here. The guys working/ helping at the top of the hill were having a great time at work which in turn helped make our experience unforgettable. We did not try the zipline- only the tubing.
