Our mirrors ended up flipped in and therefore none of the soap got rinsed off of them. It didn't dry the water off the back of our car and there was still soap all over the back as well. We were left with water and soap spots everywhere. We got the $18 wash. I wouldn't let this place touch my car again. It honestly made me extremely nervous, esp since we have a brand new car. We have a closed Massillon community group on Facebook and MANY people have posted about the car wash scratching and damaging their cars and knocking off hubcaps. Go to the Bellstores wash next door.

Although it doesn't completely dry your car, there is a 30 second high volume air blower to get most of the water off as you pull out.

On multiple visits, only one side of my truck was prepped, and the tire shine that's included with my package wasn't applied. When you're paying for a monthly membership for multiple vehicles, you expect the services included in the package to be performed every time. The wash itself is okay, but the lack of consistency has been frustrating and makes it difficult to recommend.

I dropped my car off for a minor express detailing service that I had a gift card for, which they accidentally booked me under the all-day deluxe detailing. After paying more for the deluxe service I didn't consent to, I drove my car off the lot to my screen and sound system completely black and my car full of moisture. The screen/sound system was working just fine before the service and I have photos/documentation to prove it. I called the next day and was told to bring the car back and they'd file a report and take photos (which I did). After a week of no contact they stopped responding to my calls/messages/were extremely rude when I showed up in person, and said they weren't liable and would not fix. I even went as far as getting the car diagnosed by an expert with proof of water damage and they won't cooperate/share their insurance information with me to allow the insurance to deem who is liable... I will now be filing a letter from an attorney, but I'm sure they're hoping I give up and pay the thousands of $ in damage. Horrible customer service and honestly emotional/financial trauma from this experience. Again-- have never written a bad review, but don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through!!!

I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for…read moreyears. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well. After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well
