The sales associate working today was very polite and helpful, especially since I was being high maintenance and wanted the item off the mannequin. I purchased a beautiful sarong that I plan to use during my upcoming trip to Cuba. White Owl Market's slogan is: "Never the same store twice." We even tried to make conversation with her because she was following us so close, standing and staring at us. Her energy matched the employees in the shopping scene in Pretty Woman movie. I took them home and was told I had 24 hours to decide if I liked them or not. After the first day, I had decided to keep them. The sales person called me, and said that the store had made a huge error and undercharged me for the stool $100.00 and that they would have to charge my master card the difference. I said I was going to return the stools if that was the case. I took them back to the store and was told I could only get a store credit for the two stools ($595.00) I said NO WAY. I was given a full credit finally. I would not shop at this store, they are NOT nice, and very arrogant. The nice salesman, that was so wonderful when selling me the stools, was not nice at all when he saw me come back. Being does have strict policies, so you must decide wisely before spending your money. This is not Walmart, target, or some other retailer with super lax return policies, of which societies scabs love to take advantage of. I have some fantastic accessories I have picked up here over the years. Expensive? yes. Quality? Superior. Well I return? Damn Skippy!!
