(They rescheduled 4 times saying overbooked they told me ...truth was they did not have a groomer). Groomer contacted me 45 minutes she bathed, dried and shaved my 60# dog like a sheep and told me she needs to go to vet immediately. I picked her up and went In yelling. "What the hell happened". They brought Maggie out her ear lobes bleeding saying she shook her head. I said NO What do I owe you. They said. Nothing since there is an issue and here is where you can take her. Since it was weekend I couldn't find any affordable. 245$ later. I walked out of the vet With steroids and antibiotics and directions to keep her ears (lobes) covered. I asked them "you covering any vet bills on this... they let go of the grooming student. Who claimed to have her own business inside her home. They claimed no responsibility

This place was horrible. Our dog had numerous issues and we ran $1,000 in tests and they couldn't…read moretell us what was wrong still. All they cared about was the money. Constant talks about money and they never figured out what was wrong with her. This vet is not recommended by me or my family- they do not care about you or your animals- all they care about is the price tag above your sick pet's head. EDIT: we ended up going to another vet and they said that she just had a very bad UTI. if we did not get that second opinion, we would've ended up putting our dog to sleep. The second vet ran the exact same test and was able to tell us what was wrong with her almost immediately. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

What I find really cool, though, is that they are calling pet parents who have appointments later today to let them know about openings and seeing if they would like an earlier time. I don't recall any other vet office that I've been to doing that. Maybe they did and I was just never lucky enough to get the call...I don't know. I think it's great customer service, and great customer service is what keeps clients happy. We were called back about 15 minutes after the appointment time, which is not too bad. I really liked the vet. She was friendly, informative, and exuded a love for animals. She not only gave me tips on training, she actually started working with Keeley. I'm glad I chose Access.

I've been taking my two dogs to Access for several years, and unfortunately, something happened…read morethat made me so unhappy that I will not give another dime to that place. I had made appointments for their annual vaccines and checkup. Since I made the appointment on the same day, I had to pay a fee to hold that appointment. I was also given sedatives for one of my dogs who has really bad anxiety, and they require that she takes it before being seen. On the day of my appointments, I took my first dog in, paid hundreds of dollars as usual for his shots and his appointment. And then when it came time for the second appointment, I had gotten my times mixed up. I thought it was at 3:30 p.m., when really it was 3 p.m. My phone rang, and the vet was calling me at 3:08 p.m. to ask if I was still coming. I had acknowledged that I made a mistake and told them that I thought it was at 3:30. I asked if I could just come in right away, I would head there right then and there to get my dog seen. I was put on a hold and the receptionist came back and said she spoke with the tech and the answer was no. I explained to her that I was desperate and it created a huge problem for me because as a doodle owner, many people probably can relate to the fact that grooming appointments are a necessity with doodles. It isn't optional. And I had a grooming appointment for my doodle coming up within the next week and a half. And if she does not have her shots, they'll refuse her. And I explained my dilemma to the receptionist and all she did was continually remind me that my appointment was at three o'clock, which I had already acknowledged I made that mistake, but I was pleading with them to help me out. She then told me she would check the calendar at both the Jeff and New Albany locations for anything available before that grooming date. But unfortunately, she told me there was nothing available until weeks later. I asked her if she could please make an accommodation for me, that I'd been going there for quite some time, and that I'd already given my dog sedatives that she was feeling the effects from. And ultimately, all the receptionist did was she continued to remind me that my appointment was at 3, and that she unable to help me out in any way. Also she said I would more than likely lose my fee I paid to hold the appointments. This is upsetting considering you go to a place like Access where you commit to spending hundreds of dollars on a regular basis, and that the fact that she called me to ask me if I was on my way, because I guarantee if I would have said, yes, I'm on my way, she probably would have let me continue to go there and be seen. Otherwise, why else would she have called me to ask? But because I said I would leave my house right then and there, for some reason that changed things, and she said no, and then on top of that, was unwilling to make any kind of compromise for me. I feel like this is poor treatment of customers that spend a lot of money at their office. I was treated in a cold, harsh manner of constantly being reminded that I made a mistake, which I had already admitted to, but she was unwilling to move past that and work with me. I will no longer be returning to this office, and I will definitely not refer this vet office to any of my friends or family.

Basically my dog needed to be seen bc of bloody stool but Dr.Rowland self proclaimed friend getting an apology for questioning a deposit is more important. Never go her bc your pet is not a priority.
