I have used From Roehm With Love a total of 3 times everytime at last minute notice, due to unseen events occurring in my life. I remember the first time quite clearly a friend of mine had passed and I was running through Delray quickly to find a florist to give her family something. I took a shot in the dark, kinda expecting them to be over priced, but the minute I walked in I was greeted and they were the utmost amazing! I had a small budget for buying flowers, and told them I needed them as soon as possible I ran across the street to buy a sympathy card and when I had come back they had created the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, they even helped bring it to my car, thats how big it was. It was far from what I first expected. I will always be grateful, and now that I have something happy to celebrate (getting married) I know where I will be getting my flowers from! I stopped in here an early afternoon. Had a coffee with mom on Atlantic Ave, but the reason I took her out that day was very personal. It was my grandmothers passing anniversary, so I stopped in here to pick a beautiful rose to set into the ocean, it was a surprise for mom. A young gentleman assisted me in picking out the most beautiful white rose there. As he was wrapping it up in beautiful detail, the owner of the store approached me and made small talk. Some people are there at the right place and at the right time, that was him. He took the time to hear me out, share his passion with his oasis of a store, and arranged something extra special for my mother and I. I was speechless. Just called in to have an arrangement sent. The gal on the phone was pleasant, friendly, clear, professional... what more could one want.? I chose a less expensive arrangement, after she first said that the average price was about $150.00(!!!). But she adapted well, and I placed an order for a $40.00 arrangement. With delivery ($13.00), it was a lot cheaper than the FTD stick-it-to-them attitude of sending flowers. read more
