Due to a slight clerical error of the hospital, I was connected with St. Jude home health agency when I originally chose another one. I do believe that nothing is accidental but incidental and I truly can say I was guided to the right path. St. Jude Agency was heaven sent. Maria and Rhyan, both Physical Therapist and the founders of St Jude Agency are nothing less than Very Professional. They staff their agency with the most professional and very personable medical in the business. They treat my Mom as if she was their own Mother and their expertise in their profession will direct a patient only one way and thats to the road to recovery. From the very beginning, they treated my mom with incredible dignity, compassion, and respect. They didn't just care for her medical needs--they cared for her as a person. Every nurse, aide, social worker, and staff member showed genuine kindness and made sure she was comfortable, supported, and surrounded by love. As a family, we were scared, overwhelmed, and navigating something none of us were ready for. The hospice team became a source of strength and comfort. They answered our questions with patience, guided us through every step, and provided reassurance when we needed it most. Their compassion extended beyond my mom and embraced our entire family. A couple in particular felt like family. The love, dedication, and tenderness they showed my mom will stay with us forever. They celebrated the good moments with us, sat with us during the hard ones, and helped ensure that my mom's final days were filled with comfort, peace, and dignity. Losing my mom has been heartbreaking, but I find comfort in knowing she was cared for by such extraordinary people. Hospice is not just about end-of-life care--it's about preserving dignity, providing comfort, and surrounding families with support when they need it most. Lifeguard did all of that and more. After talking to management she all of a sudden agreed with the office manager that she did need hospice care. It seemed as if the manager made her agree to putting mom on hospice care. It was a sudden turn around as if they would lose a patient. I'm wondering if they get paid big bucks if they get hospice patients, and if they pass, their SSA will no longer be given to them. I gave a good written review when they sent me the letter to give a review, but I have another friend going through this now, and it seems like they are encouraging her mom to pass. They keep telling her the mom is in transition, but the mom is still eating a little food and has no pain. I pray for God to forgive me for letting them come to care for my mom. It seems like they encourage meds to give to them. Same situation for my father in 2 months later. It was a different hospice, but all 3 of the care for hospice seem to have the same agenda.....I miss my mom!

I called Senior Helpers to get information about the services they provide and Shirley answered the phone. After speaking with her for just five minutes, I was immediately at ease talking to her about how they could help me and my needs. I could tell that she was genuine and cared about my concerns. She even went through the thorough process they have for the care givers that they hire, how they match your parents to their care giver, etc. She was very detailed and never hesitated to listen and address the many questions I had. It is never easy to realize when your parent(s) need help, especially when you live so far away. Shirley is fantastic, and is someone who is very passionate about what she does.

Oakmont corporation is trying to get rid of Kaiser pharmaceutical company and have their own contract pharmaceutical company. That are gouging and it won't be for free. I have Kaiser health benefits that the medication is paid for already through my benefits. oakmont corporation hired their own pharmaceutical company. Consensus has your own pricing in bubble wrap that makes it easier for there corporation that they do not trust their employees to handle medication that is given in the bottle. I am just asking that Kaiser Permanente fills all my medication for me. That Oakmont company and Ivy Park. Pleasanton will accept that. Already per month I do pay. which is the Care is $6,270.00 + Rent is 5,930,70= $12,200.70 monthly that's cash. And they want to add more per year $642.00 it's F-en crazy.
