Several times I made appointments expecting to see the technician I booked with, only to arrive and be handed off to whoever happened to be available. What's the point of making an appointment if it isn't honored? Why not tell the customer the technician is unavailable? Unfortunately, every time this has happened, my experience has been extremely disappointing. My nails were rushed, cut far shorter than I requested, each nail had varied lengths & shapes and on more than one occasion my skin was actually cut during the service. I left unhappy and frustrated after giving them multiple chances to get it right. It's been my experience that the customer service, consistency, and basic care seem to be lacking here. There are too many good salons out there to waste your time and money on a place that doesn't value its customers. I will say Sammy is awesome, but unfortunately, you don't get the same quality from the other nail technicians.
