A friend picked us up upon our arrival, but when it was time to leave, we quickly realized that there are no ubers/lyfts on Hilton Head Island. I quickly started looking around for cab companies, and ultimately chose Airport Transportation Group. I called the day before to reserve a shuttle departing my hotel at 4:30am. They were responsive, sent me email confirmation, and very friendly via phone and email. My transportation arrived 10 minutes early to my hotel, and it was a very smooth drive to the airport. The driver was friendly, punctual, clean, and made an early airport ride very enjoyable. Definitely recommend ATG to anybody visiting HHI.

Brian was super helpful with my booking and even accommodated some adjustments to pick-up timing. Our driver Roberto was fantastic! We added an additional stop at Publix to get some groceries which really helped and I was so glad to find a service that allowed extra stops. Roberto was friendly, gave us some info about the surrounding area, and made sure we were all set for each drop-off before leaving. We had no issues at all and would absolutely book with them again in the future!

I explained that the Taxi ride from the Airport to the Resort was only $85. The Polite Shuttle employee went on to slander that taxi service saying they must be doing something "under the table". How can this be when the Savanah Airport Information Center also told me the price would be $85. The Polite Shuttle employee wanted me to commit to the ride and pay for it in advance. This obviously wouldn't leave me time to comparison shop. I ended up taking an Uber to the airport and the cost was $81. Talk about trying to take advantage...it is six days later and I'm still disgusted!

Aug 3 I requested quote off yelp from My Limo of Hilton Head, and confirmed time and dates via phone because messaging through Yelp got confusing! Received confirmation via text with incorrect dates and times at least 3 times. Messages came from many numbers!! Jerry picked us up. Sept 15 on time! The nightmare begins... First he complained that we had too much luggage and couldn't make it fit.... 7 women, 7 suitcases! I reminded him that I told him up front 7 women/7 suitcases plus personal items! He drove away from airport with the hatch open and argued with us when we told him it was open!!! We were excited to be there and start our adventure, we struck up conversation, he let us know Savannah was not safe and we should stay off the streets! (We did appreciate his advice, but it was put in a very negative way!). As we were talking and cutting up he turned up the music over our voices, drove very fast, slammed on brakes a few times from the airport! He made several Sarcastic remarks telling us nobody packs like us anymore and we brought too much! When we arrived at our destination I reconfirmed he would pick us up at 8:30 Monday morning for our 11am flight! He told us "that was too early and there was no since in going that early"! I still tipped him $40! My friends and I were very unimpressed... , but we gave him and his service the benefit of the doubt. On Sunday morning I text to confirm our Monday AM pickup. See the pictures below!! Now I'm home and see he charged my credit card the full fare after I cancelled. I had to pay a $50 deposit when I made the reservation too! So he charged for a service I didn't receive/he didn't provide, I cancelled timely 24 hours prior to pickup date, he kept the $50 deposit and was very unprofessional in his responses! Now I'm in dispute with my credit card company and he has t returned my calls to discuss! We still had to pay Uber drivers to get us to airport! Our Girls Trip was amazing! We've written rave reviews regarding our accommodations, restaurants and tours! Unfortunately, My Limo was the worst experience we had in Savannah! The buses were way smaller than I am used to when traveling which made it very uncomfortable as I am tall. Also on one of the local Kelly Tours the seats were broken. The drivers in all cases were awesome, but I would not be able to recommend them due to the discomfort of the buses and lack of upkeep.
