When I opened my shop a couple of months ago I had originally ordered cards (etc) from my old standard printing company (who shall remain nameless but whom I have used for over 10 years) and they turned out horrible. They were so embarrassingly awful and it left me in the lurch. I wasn't sure what to do because I needed product inserts quickly. Thankfully Level 27 Media were able to design my new cards/inserts AND ship them to me super fast. I was so excited when I received my cards and inserts and found them to be beyond my expectations. After switching out the gas cap, the light still didn't go off. We scheduled an appointment with them and they were kind and quick to get us in. My husband dropped off my car at 2:00pm on a Friday and the place was packed! That's always a good sign as others are using them, too. They were prompt in getting us in, communicating with us, and fixing the issue. In addition, they didn't even charge us because it was simply just resetting the light. My vehicle could not start on January 13th so I had it towed to JSI on January 16th to fix. They…read morechecked the vehicle and the diagnose was to remove and replace Engine Control Module. I gave the okay to do the job. On January 22nd I went and picked up the car however, the car was idling ruff and keep shutting off. I took it back to them to check the module they replaced if something was off, they gave it back to me the same way In the end I took it to another Mechanic who figured out what was wrong with the car as simple as a fuse blown and replacing a cylinder. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JSI TO ANYONE. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK. The service I got was very unprofessional, yes nice place but nice place does not fix cars. Jovany charge me a lot of money to fix my car and gave it back to me running like a truck, he did not take the time to really check the car out. Jovany in reply to your text my CAR did not need a Balance Shaft as you stated. I took my car to another mechanic who fixed the car and it had nothing to do with Balance Shaft. My car is running like new. No thanks to you.
