One even sat with my mom when she could sense my mom was feeling very down. The HUC on the rehab floor is Fi and she is amazing. She has everything scheduled for you before you know you need it and has transportation to and from appointments as well. All of the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. If a loved one needs rehab and Congregational Home is a choice you have, choose it.

The staff are super nice,,,, until they are not, i know what goes on in there i've seen it first hand. and looking at the excuses that they give for things that they are getting into trouble doing, Neglect and abuse, the staff knows how to cover their mistakes, they all stick together . i would suggest if anyone has a loved one in there get them out if you can take them home and care for them yourselves. Im telling you from experience and what i have witnessed and the outcome of my family member.

The scheduled activities both at the facility and outside the facility are truly enjoyable. They even welcome family members to join in the activity. My dad went from living in his own home to a memory care facility. What I was most impressed with was the daily communication the staff gave our family during this tough transition. They wanted us to know how our dad was doing in his new residence. Staff did everything possible to make the transition as smooth as possible. Just a few days ago I discussed my menu plan with dietician. As luck would have it, the very next day I was served rice pudding with big clumps of rice in it, while I can't eat rice. And the last night for supper I was served a cheese sandwich, when that is also restricted on my diet. I tried to reach kitchen last night to get something else to eat instead, but front desk was not answering my calls so I could be connected to kitchen. So I went without eating supper. This place will never cease in disappointing me.how is it in just a few days after talking with dietician, that nothing gets resolved?
