My family owns a small, rustic cabin up in the islands where we vacation every summer. As is the nature of owning a cabin, there are always projects to be done and trying to prep and plan for the projects while not being able to actually see what you'll be working on is quite a feat. It's not like being at home on the mainland where we can just run to the store if we've forgotten something. This makes ordering and delivery of supplies of the utmost importance.
For our last project we had was to redo an entire back wall of the cabin that had some water, rot and bug intrusion. Anthony at Frontier came back with competitive prices and customer service that blew my socks off. He was able to get delivery to the dock in Roche Harbor right when I needed it (even went so far as to drive the delivery truck down there himself) so that we could load our boat to the gunnels and hit the tides right. I do not want to admit how many changes to our order (including last minute changes) that Anthony endured.
