I went to see Dr. Reichel for a mole check at the very beginning of this year. Her nurse/PA looked me over first (and this gal was very nice), and then brought in Dr. Reichel to look at a mole. It turns out the mole was "moderate dysplasia", and I made an appointment to have it removed. I came back about a week later to have the mole removed. I was laying face down on an operating table, and everything was fine at first, the room seemed sterile, the nurse was really nice, etc. etc. I was still really nervous--surgery freaks me out. Then, when they actually started the surgery, I wasn't anestithised enough (I only had local). So they went back and gave me more local anestetic. This made me more nervous. Then, the doctor and nurse were yakking it up, making jokes, talking about this and that--this made me even more nervous. I was on the verge of tears at this point, and it seemed like they were being really irreverant with their ultra-casual chatting and joking--not very good bedside manner. Then--the worst part--Dr. Reichel started using an electrical tool on my back, it might have been to cauterize, I don't know. But the nurse had forgotten to put something between me and the table, so I got the worst shock of my life. It was horrible. Then I really started crying! In the end, everything turned out okay, besides me feeling traumatized by this experience. The stitches came out alright, and the scar is healing well. read more

Went to PD&CC to have a bump on my skin looked at. Had an 8AM appt and they asked me to arrive 10 mins early as I was a new patient. Was standing outside a locked office at 8:05 as the staff hurriedly walked up. It appears that patients' time isn't valued: strike one. Met with Dr. Jacobson. Nothing outstanding or remarkable. Decent bedside manner, but again, rushed. I don't feel like she really took the time to examine me or review the medical history I provided. She ended up removing two lesions for testing. General disinterest in my situation: strike two. Had to call the office for results as nobody reached out. And just got two giant bills in the mail courtesy of PD&CC and their lab (no, they don't have an onsite lab). Overpriced for the care I received and a lack of follow up: strike three. I suspect there are better dermatologists and clinics out there: it would probably behoove you to go to one of those instead. I will next time. read more

It's taken me a few weeks to come write this. I've been coming here for many years mostly due to convenience. I've been left in the waiting room for 45 mins before before checking only to be told that they forgot to tell the person I was there. I forgave them. This time I got a reminder that I needed a routine skin check. Called and scheduled with the provider I've seen for years. The day before I get a confirmation I'd be seeing a different provider. I called to verify and I'm told the one I scheduled with was no longer there and yes they should have informed me but didn't. So I agreed to come see the newer dr. When I arrived the next day I'm told they'll be right with me after 10 mins waiting. Next I know I've waited 30 mins. I ask. I'm told should be any minute. Finally after another 10 mins passes another person tells me they have no idea when I will be taken back. It could be 5 mins or longer. The dr was still in a procedure and they just didn't know. At this point I've waited 40 mins. I have kids at home. This is a routine appt. they didn't tell me the dr was different. They didn't tell me they didn't know how long I was to wait. They just kept saying " they'll be right out for you". Which wasn't true. I left. What else can I say? Poor patient care. Wasting my time. I can no longer be loyal. So now I need to take a day off work to get established at a new clinic which is why I just stuck here for so long. The next day I got an email. I'm assuming an apology. It was a survey: how did we do? Are you kidding me? Don't send that to patients who walked out after sitting in the wait room for 40 mins!! So I filled it out. I never do surveys! Then believe it or not I got another patient survey by text the next day! I filled that out too. No call from the clinic. Nothing. If I was acknowledged I probably would have even gone back for convenience. Such crap! Why even send patient surveys? They don't really care about their patients. Just hoping they follow thru on my records transfer. Sad. read more

I've seen Dr. Sonia Lamel twice, and I love her. She's approachable and so gentle and excellent at what she does. I've gotten Botox and injectables. I highly recommend her--she's great with the artistry of balancing the features. I bruised and swoll up horribly in the past, but four hours later there's no marks or swelling! Highly professional and pleasant, it was a great experience. I think it's critical to go to a board certified doctor who is highly trained and passionate about their work. I wouldn't dream of going to a medispa. read more

I absolutely love this place! The receptionists were very sweet to me and made me feel extremely comfortable. The wait was definitely not even close to being as long as what some of the other reviewers were saying. I love Dr Reichel. I saw her for botox injections (a friend told me to go to her). She did a great job. She also added volume to my lips with Juvederm - she is the best injector I have seen. Oh yeah, I also had a rash on my chest which she diagnosed as something called tinea versicolor (yes she wrote down the diagnosis). She gave me a cream and it cleard up. It was so nice to go to a doctor that could care for my skin rash AND do my cosmetic work. read more

This office does not care about patient's well being. Specially medical assistant never call you back after you leave voicemails. My son saw one of the doctor for ongoing skin condition about 2 weeks ago. Doctor gave him some samples of topical medication. When he left message for prescription about ten days ago, they never called him back. So, I called and left message on voicemail and to receptionist. I never heard back. No response after 5 phone calls and 4 messages just to get a prescription. One time I was on hold for 30 minutes just to leave a message. My son's skin condition is getting worse without any medication. One of medical assistant name was Irene who I left voicemail. This was worst experience with doctor's office ever !!! The actual doctors I've seen here are really good, to the point where I have traveled far to go see them, but everyone I have spoken to on the phone recently has been kind of clueless. The receptionist was new, so she gets a pass for not knowing important pre-procedural steps. I had to walk her through some of it. The nurse, who was a little short on the phone, said she would send in a prescription that was needed before my procedure. Several days later, she still hadn't sent in the prescription. I called to remind her. She said she would, confirmed my pharmacy (it hasn't changed),and 4 days later, no prescription. I cancelled the procedure, and will find a location a bit more "on top of it" for my dermatological needs. Thanks anyway. read more

WATCH your billing at the Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center. I went to the Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center for the second time (My first time, I saw Dr. Chiu...She is a GREAT Doctor, she fixed me up perfectly and the billing was what she told me it was going to be upfront!, but I found out that she has started her own practice in Bellevue, WA) but, I thought ok I am an existing patient at this office I'll go in for a consult to see what a new doctor could offer me. BOY, did I make a mistake!! If, you know anything about cosmetic consults they are NOT billable on most if not all insurances. Here, the first thing they ask for was my insurance card. (I thought ok, it's good to update my records here for later appointments- sure, why not) I met with Dr. Laurie Jacobson , when I first met her she seem not very focused on me (or preoccupied) I told her I had a red face , but it was just some fine broken capillary veins. Then, she said has anyone told you it might be Rosacea. I said, I have seen other doctors and it was not Rosacea. Her whole visit with me was under 10 minutes - she gave me a price and brochure on V-Beam treatments. She did ask if I had any questions too. But, I was in such shock to see a doctor run a consult so fast without really examining the patient. I had to stop her as she was standing up and show her the outline of where the redness was on me. Her response was "Oh ya it does run up to your hairline" At this point I had zero confidence in this doctor. (Was I going to let her take a laser to my face .....? No Way! ) As I spoke to the receptionist on the way out, she wanted to know when I wanted to schedule an appointment! I said, I'd think about it! As for payment for the consult she said they'd check my insurance first?? (I understand the scheduling part that's her job... but, everything at this office started feeling like a car sales pitch if you know that feeling ... I didn't even have time to read the brochures yet?) Here's the final insult - the billing department billed me for $179.20 (for a 10 min bad office consult?) I called their billing office and they told me the doctor (Dr. Laurie Jacobson) wrote down " Rosacea office diagnoses???) That now made this consult billable to my insurance! And, I still had to pay $129.06 out of my own pocket? "I was there to just see what services they could offer and maybe make a relationship with a new doctor" ** So, watch your billing at the Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center... This is a review of Dr. Jennifer Reichel. I had a cyst the size of a pencil eraser below my eyebrow for several years before Dr. Reichel removed it. The first time I met with her was right before the surgery, which was a little unnerving. At that time, she told me she suspected the growth was actually not a cyst and might recur again, requiring more in-depth surgery and tissue extraction. I was extremely thrown by her comment and incredibly nervous through the following surgery. The growth was, in fact, a cyst, but her bedside manner obviously left a little to be desired. That said, she did an incredible job on my eye lid. She cut out the cyst and some of the surrounding tissue so it did not grow back. Her stitches were so small that the incision was hardly noticeable, even directly after surgery. I've used Mederma for the past several months (my surgery was in March), and there is only the slightest trace of a scar. She is extremely skilled, and I would 100% let her perform work for me again. read more

Walked into a packed room of people waiting, front desk was fumbling and couldn't find my appointment, then said I was late (I was late by 7 minutes) and needed to reschedule. Wait time was typical for a doctor's office (despite me showing up on time). When it came to me finally seeing the doctor (in this case, PA - Stacey Lynema), she wasn't warm, welcoming, nor friendly, and rushed me through my list of questions, acting annoyed every time I had another one. Also, I already feel bad about my picking habits and she further shamed me about this. While she begrudgingly answered all my questions, her annoyance and rudeness left me anxious and unable to retain any of the information following the visit. Overall, the experience was awful, and I will be canceling my follow-up appointment because of it. Not pleased with a biopsy that I got done last summer. Long story short, the day I got my stitches removed the medical assistant said it looked infected and the dermatologist said it was all fine. A week later I had to get on antibiotics to treat the infection. The healing process has been hell and the scar looks awful. I ended up going to see another provider to get a second a opinion and I am still having issues. Needless to say I won't be returning any time soon. read more

I am very happy with all of my experices with Dr Reichel. I have had botox, filler and the V-beam laser for facial redness. There are three things that really stand out to me. Dr Reichel has a fantastic eye for aesthetics, she has butterfly fingers (percise and gentle), and I love her professional, yet personable bedside manor. The clinic staff are exceptional as well. They are always friendly and have that extra touch to make my experience personal and comfortable. I have referred several of my friends to Dr Reichel that are also very happy with their experiences. From the moment I walked into this office I could tell it was not going to be a pleasant experience. The receptionist was very unfriendly and had a cold demeanor. The reason for my appointment was for recent acne-development on my back and stomach (I was hoping to get some sort of allergy/skin testing done to help figure out the cause of this as it is very recent and quite dramatic). But this clearly was not an option as I was barely able to get a word in from the moment the physician's assistant, Andrea English, came into the room and immediately diagnosed me and began prescribing me Accutane - a serious medication that I am not comfortable taking. When I was finally able to get a word in and inquire about alternate options I was made to feel stupid for not wanting to sign up right then and there for the medication. I was then prescribed a different antibiotic that Andrea did not care to explain to me much about either. This was one of the worst doctor visits I have had with very little bedside manner or regard to the patient's true concerns. Needless to say, I won't be taking the medication or returning to this office. a read more

I cannot say enough good things about everyone who works here. I have gone to Pacific Dermatology for years now for both medical treatment, and cosmetic procedures. I have always been treated extremely well, I love these people, they are very warm and caring. Everyone in the center always goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and informed. Dr. Reichel takes the time to answer questions and explain procedures. She is upfront and honest about what is going on and what needs to be done, as well as explain if she sees any problems. I had a basal cell biopsy that came back positive. The area was on the side of tip of my nose and needed to be removed. The removal required an incision from the topside of my nose across and down the tip. Scary when you think about scars. That was a couple of years ago now, the scar is not visible (and I don't wear make-up),and I actually had to show my primary care doctor where the surgery was done. And while I know, it is not about scars, it is about keeping your self safe and healthy, I do appreciate that Dr. Reichel took such great care to make my incision as non evasive / visible as possible. In addition, in June of this year, my 93-year-old mother had a spot on her face,by her mouth that needed attention, and later surgery I didn't even consider anyone else. My Mom is a strong, woman, but still 93 is fragile and I'm very protective when it comes to her, healthcare and otherwise. She received excellent care from the moment we walked in, as I knew she would. Many times when I have taken my Mother in to see a professional healthcare provider, they ask ME what is her problem or talk to ME about her treatment. Which of course she hates, she is not a child and can speak for herself. Dr. Reichel, Kim, and everyone we saw spoke directly to my mother. We both really appreciated that. The incision is not noticeable. She is looking forward to going back for her 6-month check, she said everyone there "was fun". I would recommend Pacific Dermatology to anyone looking for top quality care and a caring environment. And I agree with Dana C, it is like being with friends. read more

I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Dr. Laurie Jacobson. She promised specific results, that the deep creases between my eyebrows would disappear with a Juvaderm filler. She showed me several before and after photos on her computer and the results were stunning. After paying $575.00 for a syringe of Juvaderm, I left the office feeling happy and hopeful. Two weeks later, the crease on the right was still quite visible. I scheduled a follow-up appt. with Dr. Jacobson. She quickly looked at my forehead, said she could see the line I was talking about and immediately injected another syringe of Juvaderm. I felt this would take care of the problem, leaving me with a smooth forehead as promised. She was in the room with me no more than 5 minutes. Imagine my SHOCK when I stopped at the front desk to check out and I was presented with another $575.00 bill. I explained that there must be some mistake, that this was simply a follow-up to a prior procedure. I was told there was no mistake; the money was due at that time. Dr. Jacobson was with another patient and not available to discuss this with, so Carla, whom I assume was the office manager, took me to her office. She was very confrontational, demanding to know why I thought I could come in and get a free Juvaderm filler. I tried explaining that this was simply a follow-up appt. since the results weren't what Dr. Jacobson promised. She said that didn't mean I should assume it would be free. Pacific Dermatology's policy of not guaranteeing their work is not posted nor is it in any of the printed information I had been given. At the very least, Dr. Jacobson should have made it clear I would be paying for an entirely new procedure and let me make the choice. Needless to say, I was very shaken. I left, refusing to pay until I could have Dr. Jacobson explain this new charge. The next day I wrote Dr. Jacobson a letter explaining my confusion and concern that she would expect me to pay for an entirely new procedure. The reply I got back was that she performed this second procedure because we had discussed a second procedure at the time of the first Juvaderm appt. This was, of course, untrue. I had one goal, and one goal only. To have the deep creases between my eyebrows "removed". A couple of days after this, I noticed a 1/4" long "bump" over my eyebrow. It was clear that Dr. Jacobson had put the filler in the wrong place. (A subsequent appt. with another dermatologist confirmed that the filler had been injected in a place where, obviously, no crease existed. She could clearly see the "line" I had wanted treated.) I paid $575.00 for unsatisfactory results with Dr. Jacobson's injection of Juvaderm filler. Had Dr. Jacobson had her way, she would have collected $1,150 for very unsatisfactory results. (The charge was removed once I reiterated in a second letter that there was never a reason for a second appt.) IMPORTANT NOTE: My issue is not that Dr. Jacobson wanted to charge me full price for follow-up treatment. That is her prerogative. It is that I was not told I would be paying full price before the second injection and let me decide whether I wanted to go ahead or not. (I wouldn't have.) The second issue was that Dr. Jacobson justified the charge based on an untrue statement. The third and final issue was that the final results were not at all what she had promised, including giving me a Juvaderm injection in the wrong area. read more

I am still leaving up my review as is though.*** This is my first review on Yelp and I specifically signed up just to write about Pacific Dermatology Center. I wanted to share the experience I had with Dr. Thompson there. I'm new to Seattle. Ever since I moved here - 6 months ago - I have had the worst scalp psoriasis (really bad dandruff). It has been out of control. I don't know if it's the climate or the stress of moving, but it's been awful. I tried every over the counter thing, homeopathic thing, and none of it would really help. I had huge flakes and horrible itchiness. So I finally decided to seek out a dermatologist. It takes a lot for me to go to the doctor, so it had gotten really bad for me to do it. I looked through my insurance's web site and found Pacific Derm Center. I looked it up on Yelp and on Google and the reviews were great. Even though some had said that it was more for the cosmetic side of dermatology, I saw they had three women doctors and that was exciting to me (nothing against men doctors, but I've had better luck with women). I made the appointment and told them that I had thought I had scalp psoriasis and that I wanted to get it checked out. I got there and found out I had the appointment with Dr. Thompson - the only male doctor there and who I hadn't even seen on their web site. Ok, fine - no problem. Now - I started with a lovely assistant and told her my issues and she was great. Very kind and took my info in preparation for the doctor. Dr. Thompson comes in and he was an older man and my only guess is that he was in an extremely bad mood (giving him the benefit of the doubt here). I started to explain my symptoms and all the things I've tried and he got very antagonistic - "What, do you think there is going to be a cure?" - No, I said, but I've read that there are things that you can try that will help. "The only thing you can do is shave off all your hair - that's all you can do to get rid of it". He kept pushing me and making fun of me - saying my efforts to get rid of it myself were lacking at best. He acted put out that I was wasting his time with this - how could I bother him with something as dumb as this? That was the way he was treating me. On and on until I couldn't help it - I started crying. You have to understand that it's a very embarrassing thing to have dandruff of any kind, much less as bad as I had it, and to admit this to anyone was hard. And then to be told "shave it all off"? It's a pretty emotional thing to always be trying to hide the fact you have this horrible, visible problem at work, going out, etc. I have really thick, long, black hair and the dandruff is very noticeable. He was just being so insensitive. Once I started crying, he backed off a little bit and finally started to give me some ideas of what I could try. He stopped being antagonistic and offered me real steps that I could try. He did give me a couple prescriptions for things to try and they are helping - which is why I've given them 3 stars. But seriously - it took my crying from his rude treatment for me to get anywhere? It was awful. I wasn't expecting a cure; I didn't expect him to "save the day" - which I told him from the get go - but I did expect some level of professionalism on his part. And I don't think it's right that for no reason that I could see, he just attacked me right away. I was not begging and pleading - I was professional - and I couldn't (and still can't) understand where it all was coming from. His assistant, again, was extremely sweet and very caring. The offices were very nice too. But I will not be going back unless they agree to let me see another doctor. Hopefully I can go with the prescriptions I have and do what I need to on my own, but if not, I will find another doctor. I have a feeling that the other doctors are very good and that most people will have a fine experience there, but since I chose to go to them by the reviews I read, I felt it was important that I share what happened to me in my own review. I'm not saying don't go to them, but definitely ask questions up front about which doctor you will be seeing. read more

Popped in here to have a simple benign fibroma removed, because it was dark and unsightly. After the biopsy, they sewed up the hole but DID NOT STITCH IT SHUT. Now, I have this BIG DENT in my leg that is bigger, and more unsightly, than the original fibroma. They were supposed to stitch it. They said they stitched it. But they DID NOT. And because I didn't find out until 24 hours later when the band-aid came off, it was a Saturday, and they were closed, so I couldn't go back to have them fix it. By Monday it had healed too much for them to fix. Now I need to have ANOTHER SURGERY to fix the horribly unsighly scar and bump. I wish I had never gone to them. Aren't they supposed to be a Dermatologists office? They obviously don't care about doing their job well. read more

I was surprised to receive an additional bill 5 months after my procedure asking for $43.20 for a facility fee. When I phoned to question this fee I was told it was a fee for changing to a different room during the procedure (removal of a basal cell carcinoma). It was also referred to as an ambulatory (?) fee. I have seen many dermatologists over the years and this is a first! If anyone is planning a visit to Pacific Dermatology I would advise that you be aware of this hidden fee. read more

I had three appointments with Kelly Stevens. The first I was seen 45 minutes late which isn't too much of a problem as the waiting room is comfy. They gave me a prescription for a brand name drug that I needed a coupon to use and not pay over $100 dollars for, with lengthy instructions for me to give the pharmacy. I asked for generic as I would need to refill the prescription multiple times and the coupon only covered the first use. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. My insurance would not accept the coupon and multiple phone calls and trips to the pharmacy were required to work it out. Each appointment happens on turbo drive, you don't get a chance to ask questions or understand what is required or how to prevent issues from arising again. During my second appointment, a random nurse burst into the room without knocking while I had my shirt off to get a signature from Kelly. Kelly didn't even blink over how unspeakably rude it was, not to mention unnecessary as it wasn't an emergency or time critical. I pointed out what might be a reaction to the medication I was prescribed and was told it was nothing. My third appointment was because the reaction to the medication was undeniable and created a large dark mark on my skin. She denied that it was a reaction, though it is clearly noted as a possible side effect and said the only fix was an expensive treatment or months of trying something else that wouldn't fix it but would lessen the effect. I left the Pacific Dermatology & Cosmetic Center with more skin problems than I had upon entering. read more

I have had great luck with the North Seattle office for the past 10 years. We began using this office with yearly skin screenings for me and then my 13 year old daughter began seeing them for acne that wasn't clearing up. I have had a mole removed and yearly screenings for a decade. I appreciate Andrea English's calm demeanor and we always bond over motherhood (though I am living her exact opposite life). I recommend her to all my friends and have never had a negative experience. read more

I went in to have a mole check and seek treatment for breakouts I was having. I had an unusual mole on my left breast and when she saw it, she asked me if it bothered me, which it did. She told me that because of the size of the mole, we could remove it under my insurance. The idea excited me. I went in in January 2014 to have it removed. She told me it would take 2-3 weeks to heal. I was expecting stitches and when she scraped and cauterized it I didn't question her technique as I didn't know better. A few days after the procedure, it just didn't look or feel right. It was really red, discolored, and unlike anything I had ever seen. I called the office concerned and got in. She said it looked normal but took a culture anyway. I had never seen a wound heal this way. Luckily my mom is a wound nurse and began treating me because it started to turn into a indented wound on my breast. I was embarrassed, ashamed, and frustrated thinking that if the mole was okay, why would she suggest removing it if she couldn't do it well and leave it more aesthetically pleasing? it has since healed but scarred heavily and ugly. I tried calling the doctor multiple times and asked for an email, but only the nurse would call me back and they wouldn't give me her email address for me to send the pictures to. I was referred on to Dr.Reichel by my regular dermatologist because of his confidence in her skills. I've had excellent results. The staff has been great-all my questions have been answered. For my procedures I've found Dr. Reichel to be a skillful and caring surgeon. I'd recommend her to all friends and family. read more

Let me start by saying that the medical staff here is great. Knowledgeable, empathetic, and efficient. The office management, however, makes this place a nightmare to work with. My son is on medication which requires monthly blood tests to be submitted to a federal clearing system before his prescription can be refilled. Each month something goes wrong. He isn't properly enrolled, his birthdate is wrong so the pharmacy can't match up the record, the blood test isn't submitted before the prescription is called in so they can't refill it, they call it in to the wrong pharmacy. I have spent so much time calling back and forth between all the involved parties to try to fix their errors and make this work. I CANNOT WAIT until we are done with this medicine, because we will never go back there. I hope the medical staff understands that their office staff will drive away patients because it is so poorly run. read more

This is a review of Dr. Jennifer Reichel. I have been to this practice a number of times over the last two years. I will never go back. I was recieving facial fat transfer from stored fat that was frozen after initial harvest. I would go in to have this fat injected to contour volume loss that is a result of aging. From the start I noticed if I tried to explain where I wanted this fat injected she would say something like "I know..I get it" and this just makes you feel she has heard enough. So she takes the needle to the face and does her thing. First time absolutely great. All subsequent visist's were not equal. She exits the room quickly when she feels she is done with you. I would not get a chance to examine work before she had left room. Twice she left an area empty of fat injection that I had told her was a concern for me. But she would already be on to the next client. So I would have to say to the nurse that I had a dip in my face that needed to be fixed... and this should not be a problem since the injecting material was all still on the tray next to me. So we have to get Dr. Reichel back to the room. She come's in, alittle on the annoyed side and not covering it up very well. I tell her my concern and her exact words both times was the same...."That doesn't concern me"!! Excuse me? Did I hear this right...How much do I pay you right out of my pocket anyway!!! Oh this is so rude. Well the first time she seemed to see the problem after her initial insult to me and she filled it. The second time she said it was not a concern to her I just left it alone. And I will add that I was right to have been concerned because the area in question remained a indentation for months afterwards, basically until her other injection areas dissapated. But she wasn't concerned (her words). So for the record, fat transfer to the face was not permanent for me. It last about as long as any other filler. But it is nice because it is your own fat. And also, she did not do my fat harvest / lipo, this was done by Dr. Jerry Bernstein at same clinic when he still worked there. They lost the great Pioneer of Fat Transfer when he left. i've been to both the seattle and renton locations for multiple visits. they are friendly, but unfortunately not helpful. i contracted a severe skin reaction while on vacation and went multiple times. kept getting told i had bed bugs. they prescribed me steroids that stained my skin, which i can accept as a side effect but they kept telling me the steroids didn't cause it. finally had to convince the university the washington medical center to add me as a patient. they did a biopsy and confirmed that bed bugs was highly unlikely and that the medicine did stain my skin. now i am finally a lot healthier after working with the doctors at UW instead of dr linnel. also, they did not return e-mails or phone call requests when i had concerns. this place is probably fine for minor issues, but anything of medical importance i would avoid this place. read more

Terrible dermatolgy office! Dr. Jennifer Reichel is a cold robot! She is a fake and doesn't care about anyone. She doesn't have a clue on people skills and has no heart. I would not trust her with my skin!!! The 4 and 5 star reviews are from Jennifer Reichels friends and family. Sad! read more

I was seen by Andrea English. She was pleasant and professional. My appointment was right on time, with no waiting. She performed a very thorough body examination for skin cancer and then treated a number of brown spots on my hands and arms with liquid nitrogen. Her explanations of the cost, the procedure and the results of my cancer check were comprehensive. The only thing that I didn't get was an information sheet on the follow-up after the age spot treatment. I plan on returning again for my annual skin examination. read more
