DO NOT use them, I said again DO NOT use this ISP, you have been warned. 1. I am using the 25 Mbps plan which is the fastest and most expensive plan they are able to provide, and I constantly get between 18-23 Mbps which is fine if it is reliable. BUT it is not. I get disconnected at least once a day, mostly twice a day between 6PM - 12AM. 2. Ping issues, I play lots online games after work and during weekends and watch lots streams / Netflix etc, when I should have 50-60 ping from my gaming server, I get 80-90 at 70% of the time, 15% I get a normal ping, and the rest 15% I get 100+ ping. It is such an unacceptable performance and I cannot play the games at all with those high pings. 3. Customer services, I called many times to tell them about above issues but all I get is ignorance or they told me they will call me back in 24 hr which they never did. Secondly, when I opened acct with them, the sales rep told me if I use my own modem I could save $10 a month, when the tech came to install the services he told me the company NEVER EVER allow you to do that, so you can let me go now or you will have to pay the modem lease fee. When I call them about the ping issue or disconnections, they kept asking me to get protection plan or pay the tech to check their own equipment. I start to think this is pre-planned setup how they make money off on maintenance. After all, I am going to switch to CenturyLink next month which does not have a good reputation either, but at least every time when my internet is down I am able to search the Wi-Fi around me and they are from CenturyLink, so I am going to give a try even it is so costly because I have to pay the activation fee and truck roll again...but I am going to pay them because this is much I cannot stand with BlueSky/Ghost Fiber. Btw, I am an active duty soldier who is living in Killeen, TX (Ft Hood)...stay away from this company if you can....

So my phone partially connected with Verizon but I couldn't receive calls, I could only receive some texts. I tried calling Metro but they said I had to verify by giving me a pin that they sent to my phone, but it didn't go through because my phone was in limbo. They refused to give me the correct transfer pin, even when they gave me the incorrect code to begin with. They told me to go to the Metro store on Teaslwy Lane in Denton. Tx. . So I had to go over there. When I got there, the girl said I have to take care of Paying customers before I help you. She let several people go ahead of me when it was my turn. Then finally I was able to tell her my dilemma and she said she would have to call her manager, but of course, several other customers came in and I had to wait even longer. I finally just left the store. Their customer service is horrible. Whenever you call to get some help, you can hardly understand what they are asking. When they gave me the pin to begin with. They only asked for my eight digit pin and did not even send a text to me with another pin. The rules changed when I tried to call again, I think they blocked it to begin with and that's why it never did go across because it started going but then in the middle it got blocked. The manager at this store is immature and ignorant of any normal customer service she should be…read morepracticing. I recnelty upgraded to a 17 plus and the charging cord that came with my phone was faulty. It wouldn't stay plugged in. When I bought the phone, the customer service rep took everything out of the box and went over the equipment. Nothing unusual was noted. When I took the faulty cord in, the manager told me this wasn't the cord to come in the box. I told her it was the cord that came in my box but she was unbending even telling me this was a "he said she said." Does she know what that even means?? This cord I brought in was the cord that I received. The only person saying it wasn't --was her. I reported this employee to 611 and they seemed just as astounded at this staff member basically calling me a liar. They took care of me and got me the new correct cord. I am now looking for another Tmobile store because I can't go back to this horrid place.
