Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. I walked into my appointment, and was greeted immediately and walked back to the room for the initial examination. It was quick! I then saw the doctor, who was a cool, bearded gentleman that spoke calmly, clearly, and answered all my questions. He even recommended products that he uses by pulling them up on the internet using a large screen for me to see. Eye examines are annual, maybe bi-annual appointments for me, but if I had the opportunity to go often, I would! My entire appointment, including checking out frames took 40 minutes from the time I walked in the door.
