If I lived in or even just 30 minutes closer to Longview, I would not hesitate to purchase one of their packages so that I could take classes whenever I wanted. If you love yoga, and you have compassion for yourself and are looking for that perfect spot, please, please, please do yourself a favor and go to Holos Yoga. Heck, even if you're just in town visiting friends or family - do it! You're body and mind will thank you! Also, before I forget to mention, their instructors are absolutely fantastic, they were super welcoming and themselves full of compassion for their students, and passion for the practice. The class was the Detox Flow (more advanced) at 5:30pm class on a Wednesday. I liked the teacher, Shae, and felt welcomed and encouraged even though some of the other people in the class were rocking some great inversions and other moves (that I can't do..). The practice room was larger than most other studios and there were 5 of us total. It wasn't as warm as Corepower, which I didn't mind at all. Bikram is usually 105, Corepower is usually 95, and I'd guess Holos was probably around 90. Kinda of perfect. But I also like non-heated classes, which they have here, too. There is a changing room and the bathrooms are outside the space (and you need a key).

It's always stellar, the employees are always nice and well-informed. They're also extremely helpful, because I think twice I've asked a question, and they've walked to the product to check that their computer was correct. Next up is the atmosphere, and it's stellar. It's a clean store, sleek and never busy. You walk in and get a chill modern impression. Now, unfortunately this is where I get a bit inexperienced. I've only been to one GNC, this one. I only get energy drinks that aren't available anywhere else I've looked. I don't workout or use anything relating to that. They seem to have everything you need in stock, at a perfectly reasonable price. I'm told they have two sales a year that are so cheap, they've got several customers that stock up on those sales until the next sale. I am also subscribed to emails, and it looks like around once a week a new brand of energy drink is on sale for $1. That's incredible. OH! AND they have their own brand of energy drink. I missed the $1 sale of that, but hope to try it at some point down the line. (Hopefully it goes on sale for $1 again.) Sorry to flood with the personal energy drink information and experience, but it's all I've got. I wanted to review this pleasant location! It's a bit expensive but it is the one I prefer and is a 3-6 month supply per bottle. There is a club membership that is supposed to save money over time. Plenty of free samples added to your bag with every purchase and they used to even throw in a monthly magazine. I did not see the magazine this time so must be out or they discontinued it.

They listen, they show concern. This last time I came in I called a half hour before they were suppose to open. They answered and I told them I through out my back. Without hesitation they said they would get me in immediately. They got me in that morning. They not only treated me but they gave me free ointments to help with pain. I've seen multiple of there massage therapists. All are so great. They actually listen. I highly recommend this place.

A few years ago, I had a serious ankle sprang, and like many I ignored it, to the point the over compensation caused an ITB injury in the opposite leg. Sonya evaluated my leg, and while I was on the table, I felt an involuntary movement of my foot realigning. I was amazed at her ability to identify what needed her touch, and how much. She is really amazing. Recently, saw her, and while I was there, I guess all the stess I've been under caused me to do something to my jaw that prevented me from chewing without a tremendous amount of pain. Sonya worked the muscles in my face and inside my mouth, gave me some preventive exercises and now, I can open my mouth, and eat without problems. She is very talented and knows what she is doing.
