The smash burger is a hit and the fries are to die for. The brisket mac and cheese is a must! such a good side to share. The mocktails and iced tea are so yummy. The Caesar salad was underwhelming and needed more dressing but does come with lots of chicken- this is an item I'd skip on the menu next time. We've gotten pizzas previously which are also good! These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options! LOW CARB: I was thrilled to discover that it's easy to eat low carbohydrate carnivore style at Dad's. They have a Keto Pizza with no crust. (They also offer a cauliflower crust if, for some reason, you can't live without stuffing some plants in your gullet.) The crust-less pizza features all of your toppings, artfully layered in an aluminum baking pan. Of course, I got the meat lover's version of the Keto pizza. I noticed they layered the bottom with slices of ham too. Very clever. I loved it. If I lived closer, I'd be treating myself to the crust-less Keto pizza every week.
