I've Never Written a Review Before, But This Experience Deserves One…read more I usually let things slide, but our experience at this store was upsetting enough that I felt the need to speak up. If I could leave 0 stars I would. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely unwelcome. The man we approached for help not only made us feel uncomfortable and out of place, but also acted as if we were a joke. As we tried to explain what we were looking for, he chuckled to himself and laughed -- not with us, but clearly at us -- which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. While he did end up helping us, he did so with an obvious attitude and made it clear that he didn't want to assist us. I'm not sure what was going on with him personally, but regardless, there is no excuse for treating customers that way. What made the experience even more baffling was hearing him question other customers about why they were even shopping at this location, suggesting they go to stores closer to where they lived. I was genuinely confused -- aren't employees supposed to encourage sales and provide helpful suggestions, not make customers feel like they're in the wrong place or redirect business elsewhere? Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and kindness - regardless of race, gender, or age -- and that was clearly not demonstrated during our visit. No one should leave a store feeling mocked, disrespected, or like their presence is unwanted. I am looking to replace the countertops in my kitchen. I will definitely consider taking advantage of their reasonable prices. Keep in mind, they don't do fabrication, delivery or installation. You will need a contractor or other knowledgeable assistance to install cabinets. The various reasonably priced slabs will require a fabricator. The facility was easy to find and in a well maintained building. The displays and samples were helpful. Their selection was fantastic.

They looked at it the jack hammer and right off the back they said it was FAKE couldn't help me. I pleaded again to help me so I would have to hear my brothers mouth, but they said there's no parts for this product cause it's a fake makita. Then they sent me out the door with no heart at all. After a lil investigation I did myself, yes the makita jack hammer was fake.
