12/13/2024 Job #2: I…read morepreviously said that I would hire Spirit Pruners again in a heartbeat and that is exactly what I did. I had another large pruning job . . . 5 trees in all. The crew consisted of Jose', Madeline, and Felix. This company has an exceptionally cohesive group of confident arborists and pruners and their camaraderie is readily evident. They function as a well-oiled machine - methodically attentive to safety while working in an efficient, thoughtful manner. And, they all love their jobs. Ben, the estimator, is a great guy. His work plan laid the foundational structure, but the crew was very flexible and the fine-tuning occurred while they were working on site. This is a crew that will work WITH you to achieve your goal. Every single person has a mellow personality and a good heart (a bonus). Once again, this team did an utterly fabulous job. Jose', in particular, often opted to share his decision-making process. Madeline was meticulous and detail-oriented while cleaning out the Japanese red maple (a tedious job). And, Felix cleaned out the underside of the Blue spruce to match what I had begun (taking off all of those small, dead side branches on healthy limbs). I was just so taken aback that he had gone above and beyond. And, of course, the clean-up was meticulous. This was another lovely experience with a fabulous company.

He didn't hesitate to answer my questions and was so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and kind that I opted to have the company give me a bid. And, I am so very grateful that I did. These guys cleaned the lower 1/3 of the crown my mature blue spruce and my mature Douglas Fir. They removed the deadwood from a tall, red Japanese maple (a delicate soul of a tree). And they trimmed and pruned 2 good size maple trees, each with their own 'special' structural issues. The crew, Mason and Amoe - both arborists, were thoughtful and meticulous in their work. I am a dedicated observer and I like decisions to be collaborative (deferring to their expertise, of course) and they were both beyond kind and easy going. The yard was spotless when they were done. I couldn't be any happier! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! And, as an aside, I am astounded by the number of creatives who work for this company - true artists, photographers, designers, musicians, potters - even a dancer! No wonder I am drawn to these people!

I told him I needed top speak to someone and would get back to him in a few days. He left with me waiting on the text with the quote. I received a text a short time later saying he didn't have time in his schedule? How could he not have any time when we didn't agree to any timeline? Written quotes with the expectations on a job are to protect both the home owner and contractor. Companies that won't give a written quote, in my opinion are shady and the customer won't have any recourse if the job is not done correctly.

They pay attention to details and are Very Thorough and Efficient with their work! They were cleaning up a large property for us, laying down sod, and did some landscaping. We were very impressed with the work and I will not go with anyone else in the future. The price was very reasonable and I could tell they were doing their best to work with our budget and offered different options. Great value and quality. Clean and punctual.

Cody came by to do an estimate very quickly. He was quiet, but knowledgeable about each tree in my…read moreyard. The estimate was very reasonable. The crew arrived and made amazingly quick work of removing the 4 large pine trees and grinding down 5 stumps. They were very careful in their work near our power lines too. I was even able to speak with the boss on the job and ask to remove some additional trees we wanted done last minute, which was no problem and the additional cost was very reasonable as well. I am amazed with this team's knowledge and efficiency. The whole crew definitely knew what they were doing. I was glad to refer them to my friends who saw they work they had completed for us, and they ended up hiring All Seasons Tree Service for their tree removals too. So far I've received nothing but compliments about how our property looks now that the trees are gone. Without a doubt, very respectful and great workmanship. They are relatively uncommon in our area so that's not surprising. So we met Jim Gowin at the house and he did an assessment and gave us an estimate and we set a date to do that actual treatment. The house is vacant at the moment so we had to make plans to come from out of town. Jim showed up on time (I was actually late and that was not a problem for him) and he took care of the problem. He was professional and reasonable and I also appreciate that he is a small operation, not one of those big impersonal outfits and you don't know who is going to do the actual work.
